Jimmy Abberley, 51, of Pana was arrested by the Pana Police Department for Trespass to Residence, Possession of Methamphetamine and Violating Pretrial Release.
7/20/25
Robert Coffey, 53, of Taylorville was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department for Domestic Battery.
Michael McKittrick, 38, of Pana was arrested by the Pana Police Department for Criminal Trespass to Land.
Brian Mundhenke, 58, was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department for Public Indecency/Lewd Exposure.

Fayth Stout, 24, of Tower Hill was arrested by the Assumption Police Department for Driving with License Suspended.
Danny Gates, 45, of Pana was arrested by the Pana Police Department for Aggravated Domestic Battery.
Angel Stout, 41, of Tower Hill, was arrested by the Illinois State Police for Theft $300-$10K, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, Meth Delivery and Meth Manufacturing <15 grams.
7/16/25 at 1:58 p.m.
Michael Moore, 73, of Moweaqua was traveling westbound in the 900 block of Midland Ave and he stated he had to move to the opposite side of the road to evade oncoming traffic. The vehicle left the south side of the roadway and overturned.
7/16/25 at 8:13 p.m.
Deanna Black-Royer (Unit 1), 60, of Mt. Zion and Todd Hart (Unit 2), 51, of Bone Gap
Unit 2 was raveling northwest on IL RT 29 and approximately 740 North. Unit 1 was attempting to overtake Unit 2 and Unit 1 sideswiped Unit 2 while passing. Unit 2 pulled over and contacted law enforcement. Unit 2 continued traveling northwest away from the traffic crash. Unit 1 contacted law enforcement approximately 15 minutes later when her vehicle ran out of gas.
7/17/25 at 4:06 a.m.
Elijah Sanders (Unit 1), 39, of Stonington and Travis Peden (Unit 2), 57, of Stonington
Unit 1 was traveling west on 1950 North RD and Unit 1 failed to yield and struck Unit 2 on its drivers side. Unit 1 had damage to its front and Unit 2 had damage to its drivers side. Both vehicles were removed from the scene by Kertow’s Towing.
7/19/25 at 1:04 a.m.
Unknown (Unit 1) and Michael Shanks (Unit 2), 70, of Taylorville
Unit 2 was traveling east on IL RT 104 at about 250 East and stopped at a red light in the construction area. Unit 1 had been following Unit 2 and failed to stop at the red light. the front of Unit 1 hit Unit 2 in the rear and then Unit 1 fled the scene after the crash.
7/22/25 at 9:15 p.m.
Misty Buffenmeyer, 44, of Owaneco was traveling West on 900 North RD at 1885 East hen a deer entered the roadway and the vehicle struck the deer causing damage to the front end of the vehicle.
7/22/25 at 9:10 a.m.
Stephen Franklin, 19, of Taylorville was traveling East on 1350 North RD at about 690 East when the vehicle went off the South side of the roadway and traveled down the ditch. The vehicle hit he embankment above a culvert causing damage to the front and passenger side of the vehicle. The driver was able to remove the truck and get it home without being towed.

Griffen R. Hughes, age 20, of Hillsboro Illinois, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
Benjamin M. Huber, age 21, of Hillsboro Illinois, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
