Kevin E. Green - Charged with a third driving on a revoked or suspended licenses due to DUI offense. This case is currently in negotiations. Matter reset for 10/2/2026.

David E. Jones – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams), driving on a revoked or suspended licenses due to DUI, and obstruction of justice through destruction of evidence. This case is currently in negotiations.

Kayley J. Armstrong -Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams). Next appearance set for 09/22/2026.

Michael O. Beck – Charged with aggravated domestic battery via strangulation, unlawful restraint, Meth Delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams) and an additional charge of less than 5 grams of meth delivery. Pretrial is set for 09/22/2026.

Christopher R. Carnahan – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm, 2 counts of possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), and burglary. This case is currently undergoing negotiations. Pretrial is set for 09/29/2026.

Drew M. Collins – Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. Discovery investigations have been completed, and a plea offer has been tendered. Matter reset to 09/04/2026.

Daniel S. Dailey – Charged with failing to report change of address or employment, and also violation of the youth offender registry. The State is currently undergoing evidentiary issues. Matter is reset for 09/14/2026.

Morgan C. Farr – Charged with theft by deception valued between $10K and $100K. Resolution is close but not yet reached. Matter reset for 08/21/2026.

Lorenzo C. Harper –Guilty of possession of a stolen vehicle. Matter reset for 08/21/2026.

Jennifer L. Beck – Charged with 4 counts of meth delivery between 5 and 15 grams. Discovery investigation has been completed, and matter is reset for pretrial on 09/17/2026.

Kristi A. Bland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Matter continued to 08/18/2026.

Rebecca A. Burke - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Burke appeared while in custody today. Pretrial is set for 08/27/2026, with final pretrial on 09/22/2026. Trial is set for 10/05/2026.

Adam K. Cherry - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams), driving on a revoked or suspended license due to DUI (2nd and 3rd offense), retail theft, manufacturing and delivering cannabis between 500 and 2,000 grams and possession of cannabis between 500 and 2,000 grams, and felon in possession of a weapon. Cherry has been medical furloughed and must return to jail upon completion. Matter has been reset to 09/04/2026.

Monica J. Haines - Charged with theft with intent to control property valued between $500 and $10K. Haines pleaded guilty, was allotted second chance probation including 30 hours of community service. A restitution of $5,625.72 is to be paid to the victim. The restitution was agreed on to be paid today and probation is to monitor payments of fines and costs.

Joshua E. Hicks – Guilty of theft with intent to control property valued less than $500. Sentencing hearing is scheduled for 09/17/2026.

Aaron T. Kelsey – Charged with retail theft valuing greater than $300. Negotiations are close to an agreement. Matter has been reset for 08/27/2026.

Bradley L. Mansfield – Charged with aggravated DUI (past the 3rd offense). Currently awaiting additional documentation. Matter has been reset to 09/17/2026 for plea.

Hayley L. Springer – Charged with receiving, possessing, or selling a stolen vehicle. Springer is currently in rehabilitation. The matter has been reset for pretrial on 08/13/2026.

Christopher J. Wessling – Guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault against a victim between 13 and 17-years-old. Wessling, per plea, has withdrawn any post-trial motions and appeals. No further court settings are scheduled at this time.

Paul E. Allen – Charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm. Allen appeared today in custody and has completed medical furlough. Court has found that a change of circumstance exists. Allen has been released on pretrial conditions. Pretrial is set for 08/28/2026.

Sara G. Anderson – Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. Anderson appeared in court today via ZOOM call and a pretrial was set for 09/18/2026.

Dustin R. Cline – Guilty of aggravated battery against a peace officer. Cline admitted petition to revoke, and his probation was terminated as unsuccessful. Cline has been now resentenced to 3 years in custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), with a time served credit of 123 days served. A financial sentencing order was also entered. 

Casey L. Conoway – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Pretrial is set for 09/24/2026.

Shelby D. Cook - Charged with a third aggravated DUI and an aggravated DUI on a suspended or revoked license. Mater reset for preliminary hearing on 08//20/2026.

Shane D. Farris – Guilty of violating an order of protection that was issued due to prior domestic battery and charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial hearing is set for 09/11/2026.

Caydin D. Gaddis – Charged with aggravated domestic battery. Gaddis appeared while in custody and was released on pretrial conditions. A review hearing is scheduled for 09/15/2026.

Nicholas D. Harris – Charged with robbery. Harris pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 2 years of probation, 4 days in the Christian County Jail with 2 days credit for time already served, and has been ordered to remain completely sober of alcohol or drugs and to stay away from bars.

Quentin J. McKittrick – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and meth delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams). McKittrick appeared via ZOOM call while in custody of the IDOC. Next hearing is scheduled for 09/15/2026.

Adam M. Passoni – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Pretrial is set for 09/24/2026.

Tanya Strong – Charged with reckless discharge of a firearm causing endangerment. Pretrial is set for 09/15/2026.

Alexis L. Wells – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 09/18/2026.

Ashley L. Rockford – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and receiving, selling, or possessing a stolen vehicle, . Pretrial set for 09/22/2026.

Mary M. Spencer – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60-years-old or older and obstruction of justice by leaving the state. The court found that Spencer was on pretrial release at the time of the alleged charges. The court also noted that Spencer called and made statements of a suicidal nature, which prompted a law enforcement response where Spencer was taken to the hospital, and attempted to flee. The court found that conditions, and a combination of conditions, will ensure public safety. Spencer was released on pretrial conditions with additional GPS monitoring and a requirement to undergo a mental health evaluation within seven days. Spencer must comply with all recommendations and take medications as prescribed. A HIPAA release is also to be signed over to Pretrial Services. Spencer is prohibited from consuming alcohol or illegal drugs and will be subject to random testing. The next pretrial hearing is scheduled for 10/06/2026.

Wyatt L. Cain – Charged with aggravated DUI resulting in a vehicle crash causing great bodily harm. A Plea hearing is scheduled for 09/24/2026.

Dustin R. Cline – Guilty of aggravated battery against a peace officer, and charged with criminal damage to a school valued between $500 and $10K and with concealing or aiding a fugitive. Cline appeared in custody with his public defender. The matter has been reset for possible plea hearing on 07/28/2026. Cline’s order for detention remains in effect.

Daniel J. Endres – Charged with criminal sexual assault against a victim younger than 18-years-old while deemed a trusted adult. GPS home confinement has been altered from inside only to the limits of current the property line. A status hearing has been scheduled for 09/15/2026.

Kevin J. Fasig II – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Fasig’s motion to continue preliminary hearing is granted with delay to Fasig. A preliminary hearing is set to take place on 09/15/2026.

Carl L. Gray – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and with theft valuing between $500 and $10K. Gray appeared while in custody with his public defender. Inpatient treatment has been marked as completed, and Gray was released on pretrial conditions. Pretrial is set for 10/02/2026.

Nicholas D. Harris – Charged with robbery. Pretrial has been set for 10/01/2026.

Matthew W. Koberlein – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Koberlein is currently in custody at Effingham County Jail. Counsel only status hearing has been set for 10/02/2026.

Steven Martinez – Guilty of harassment by making death threats. Martinez pleaded guilty today and as per his plea deal, is now sentenced to 2 years of probation, 6 days in Christian County Jail with 3 days of time served credited, probationary counseling and monitoring, warrantless searches, no contact with the victim, and restitutions. 

Jeffrey R. Moreland – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Moreland waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 10/05/2026.

Craig S. Schleyhan – Charged with burglary and theft with intent to control valuing between $500 and $10K. Matter reset for 08/07/2026.

Mary M. Spencer – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim who is 60-years-of-age or older, and with obstructing justice by leaving state. Matter reset for tomorrow, 07/28/2026 due to Spencer’s attorney being unavailable. 

Lester G. Ward – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and charged with a second count of meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 10/05/2026.

Dylan L. Woodworth – Charged with obstruction of justice by destroying evidence. Woodworth is currently in IDOC custody. The state’s motion to dismiss was granted.

Eric R. Welge – Charged with aggravated DUI on a revoked or suspended license. Per agreement, a sentencing hearing is set for 08/21/2026.

Jimmy D. Abberley – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and theft valuing up to $300. Abberley appeared in custody, and pleads guilty to the possession charge. The matter of theft was dismissed per plea. Sentencing hearing is scheduled for 08/25/2026 and an order of detention remains in place.

Paul E. Allen – Charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm. Allen appeared in custody and was released on furlough to Sara Bush Hospital. Allen has been ordered to return immediately to jail upon leaving the hospital. Status hearing is set for 08/24/2026.

Matthew G. Beck – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Deendant appeared via ZOOM call from jail, First appearance with counsel is set for 07/23/2026 and the order of detention remains in effect.

Nicholas L. Cox – Guilty of aggravated fleeing of police going 21 MPH over the speed limit. Matter has been reset for pretrial on 08/25/26.

Stephen N. Durbin – Charged with theft with intent to control property valued between $500 and $10K. Status hearing has been set for 08/25/2026.

Matthew D. Fallacaro – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Fallacaro arrived late, quashed a potential bench warrant, and a pretrial is now set for 09/15/26.

Caydin D. Gaddis – Charged with aggravated domestic battery. Gaddis appeared in custody, the matter has been reset for pretrial on 07/28/2026. Court also found that treatment has not eliminated the risk of threat to the victim and an order for detention remains in effect.

Shane P. Hargis – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim aged 60-years-old or older and possession of a stolen vehicle. Hargis appeared via ZOOM call today. Pretrial is set for 09/11/2026.

Stephan C. Jordan – Charged with domestic battery resulting in bodily harm.  Pretrial is set for 08/25/2026.

Emileigh K. King – Charged with manufacturing and delivering between 15 and 100 grams of fentanyl meth delivery between 5 and 15 grams. King also has been found guilty of possessing between 5 and 15 grams of meth. Matter reset for 08/10/2026.

Katelyn A. Melvin – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60-years-old or older and also charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon. Pretrial release conditions have been set in place, and pretrial is now scheduled for 09/04/2026.

Stephen C. Peck – Charged with aggravated home fraud. Peck waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty. Peck now demands a trial by jury. Pretrial has been set for 09/11/2026.

Derrick Willis – Charged with criminal damage to property valuing between $10K and $100K.  Pretrial is set for 09/11/2026.

Shalee M. Bayne – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Bayne failed to appear in court today as they are currently in a sober living facility. A motion to release from furlough was denied due to no substantial change. If Bayne leaves the sober living facilitly she is required to return to jail. Her time slot at the facility is ending soon.

Joshua D. Hill – Guilty of possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and charged with aggravated assault via strangulation.  Hill failed to appear in court today. A bench warrant was issued with a geo fence of Christian and the surrounding counties.

Tyler R. Martin – Guilty of unlawful posession of a firearm, and charged with armed violence (Category 1). A motion to remove states attorney John H. Mcward due to a conflict of interest ws filed. Matter reset for 07/24/2026.

Allison R. Miller – Charged with meth delivery (between 15 and 100 grams). Matter reset for plea hearing on 08/07/2026.

Paige E. Ouding – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Ouding appeared in court today via ZOOM. Pretrial has now been set for 09/15/2026.

Lief D. Torres Sr. – Charged with violating an ordedr for protection. Torres waived formal arraingment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial will be on 08/28/2026.

Travis E. Brinkmann – guilty of aggravated dui resulting in a vehicle crash causing bodily harm. Court notes that Brinkmann has completed inpatient treatment. Pretrial is set for 09/15/2026.

Carmen S. Carlock – Charged with violation of an order of protection issued due to domestic battery. Motion to continue was granted. Status hearing has been set for 08/13/2026. Carlock is mandated to report to pretrial services for testing. Court orders probation to assist with obtaining a urine sample.

Timothy L. McRoy – Charged with aggravated battery in a public setting. McRoy waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial is set to take place on 08/18/2026.

Paul M. Merriman – Charged with burglary. Pretrial is set for 08/13/2026.

Quentin Prasun-Burnett – Charged with domestic battery via strangulation. Prasun-Burnett appeared in IDOC custody. Pretrial is set for 08/13/2026.

Matthew M. Yattoni – Charged with meth possession, theft with intent to control property valuing between $500 and $10K, and driving on a revoked or suspended license. Petition to revoke set for 08/14/2026.

Quadius V. Rush – Charged with theft with intent to control property valuing between $500 and $10K. Rush was released on pretrial conditions. First appearance with counsel and  a preliminary hearing is set for 08/21/2026.

Luke H. Lehman – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60-years-old or older. Lehman could not appear in court today due to being injured in a car crash and currently being in the hospital. The victim was present in the courtroom and requested that an order for protection remain in place. The order of protection was granted. A status hearing is set for 09/04/2026.

Shannon M. Stroisch – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 09/04/2026.

Rachel N. Newingham – Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer. Newingham appeared today while in custody and was ordered release on pretrial conditions, that include a SCRAM device, no alcohol or drug use, and an evaluation must be completed. A first appearance with counsel as well as a preliminary hearing is set for 08/21/2026.

George T. Bailey – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams), domestic battery, and aggravated assault of a peace officer. Pretrial is set for 07/23/2026.

Shawn L. Baker – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 Grams). Baker appeared in custody and was released on pretrial conditions, Baker was also denied a public defender based on financial information. First appearance with counsel is set for 08/21/2026.
