The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 07/30/2026.

Shelby S. Arterburn - Charged with Burglary. Motion reset for 09/17/2026.

Jennifer L. Beck – Charged with 4 counts of meth delivery between 5 and 15 grams. Discovery investigation has been completed, and matter is reset for pretrial on 09/17/2026.

Kristi A. Bland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Matter continued to 08/18/2026.

Rebecca A. Burke - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Burke appeared while in custody today. Pretrial is set for 08/27/2026, with final pretrial on 09/22/2026. Trial is set for 10/05/2026.

Adam K. Cherry - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams), driving on a revoked or suspended license due to DUI (2nd and 3rd offense), retail theft, manufacturing and delivering cannabis between 500 and 2,000 grams and possession of cannabis between 500 and 2,000 grams, and felon in possession of a weapon. Cherry has been medical furloughed and must return to jail upon completion. Matter has been reset to 09/04/2026.

Monica J. Haines - Charged with theft with intent to control property valued between $500 and $10K. Haines pleaded guilty, was allotted second chance probation including 30 hours of community service. A restitution of $5,625.72 is to be paid to the victim. The restitution was agreed on to be paid today and probation is to monitor payments of fines and costs.

Joshua E. Hicks – Guilty of theft with intent to control property valued less than $500. Sentencing hearing is scheduled for 09/17/2026.

Aaron T. Kelsey – Charged with retail theft valuing greater than $300. Negotiations are close to an agreement. Matter has been reset for 08/27/2026.

Bradley L. Mansfield – Charged with aggravated DUI (past the 3rd offense). Currently awaiting additional documentation. Matter has been reset to 09/17/2026 for plea.

Hayley L. Springer – Charged with receiving, possessing, or selling a stolen vehicle. Springer is currently in rehabilitation. The matter has been reset for pretrial on 08/13/2026.

Christopher J. Wessling – Guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault against a victim between 13 and 17-years-old. Wessling, per plea, has withdrawn any post-trial motions and appeals. No further court settings are scheduled at this time.
