 Barbara Adler waived preliminary hearing, waived Formal arraignment, demanded trial by jury.  Pretrial only continued for July 1st. 

Aaron B. Bice appeared. pretrial continued for June 23rd. 

Daniel S. Brest II appeared.  Preliminary hearing held.  State moves to withdraw the petition to deny release.  Pretrial conditions set in place. Waived formal arraignment, preliminary hearing, jury trial requested, pretrial continued for 6/10.  

Michael W. Emery pretrial only continued to 6/27. 

Zechariah C. Geary.  oral motion to modify detention.  oral motion denied.  pretrial continued to 5/1/25.

Ashely N. Getz. verified petition for sanction filed.  oral motion to dismiss the state's renewed motion to deny release is granted after hearing arguments.  court finds state has proven petition for sanctions.  Defendent sanctioned to 30 days in jail.  status set for 5/5. 

Richard S. Ginger.  status set for 5/13.

Josh D. Hill.  Preliminary hearing set for 6/24.

Steven D. Kilcrease.  Preliminary hearing waived, formal arraignment waived, trial by jury requested pretrial continued for 6/30.

Richard A. Micheletta pretrial continued for 5/30.

Amanda Mollet reset for plea 5/2/25

Preston J. Newingham.  motion to continue its motion for furlough hearing denied.  Pretrial continued for 5/8.

Milo F. Oldham reset for 5/2.

Jaydin Snow.  motion to modify detention order denied.  Pretrial remains for 5/12.

Aaron M. Steele preliminary hearing set for 5/30.

Ashley Bain.  Pleaded guilty to the charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.  A class 1 felony.  Sentencing hearing set for July 14th at 1:15 PM.  

Michael A. Blake pretrial hearing continued to June 13th. 

Mitchell R. Chapman. Pretrial hearing set for 5/15/25 before Judge Kibler. 

Dustin R. Cline.  amended furlough order entered.  pretrial continued for May 2nd. 

Brandon J. Emery.  Pretrial hearing continued to 5/20/25. 

Donald R. Fisher II.  Pretrial hearing continued to 5/30.  State made plea offer. 

Brandon M. Miller.  Pretrial hearing continued for 6/10/25.  

Regina A. Poindexter.  Pretrial hearing continued to 6/13/25.  

Meghan Wilson.  Pretrial hearing continued to 6/20/25.

David W. Barker appears.  Pleads guilty to reckless conduct.  $200 fine plus conviction.  CTS 2 days.  POA set for 5/28.

Joseph D. Mays appears.  plea set for 5/1/25. 

Andre C. Snow appears.  Released on conditions.  Preliminary hearing set for 6/13/25
