Eric R. Fortner failed to appear. Attorney Finks says that Fortner is in Missouri DOC. Defendant awaiting parole revocation hearing. Federal authorities possibly seeking indictment. Further status set for October 29th. 

Chad Hammond fails to appear. Defendant in Shelby County. Pretrial set for October 29th. September 27th bond date vacated.

Natalie Williams appeared in court. Parties close to agreement. Final PT only set for October 10th.

Justin R. Sherman has preliminary hearing continued to October 7th. 

Danielle L. Cunningham appeared in court. Preliminary hearing set for October 17th. 

Charles Foraker fails to appear. Is in treatment. Status set for October 31st.

Tiffany M. Burke did not appear in court, due to death in family. NTA set for October 22nd.

Keffery L. Cothern appeared in court today. Waived preliminary hearing, waived arraignment plead not guilty requests jury trial pretrial only for all cases set for October 17th.

Brett S. Durbin appeared in court today. Defendant asks for new council, motion denied. Jury trial continued granted Jury trial set for November 4th. Final pretrial set for October 15th.

Cody R. Fringer appeared in court today. Plea deal set. Pleas guilty, sentenced to 2 year probation (2nd chance probation), terms and conditions. $500 fine and $329.89 restitution Total fines and fees come to $1399.89 owed. 30 hours community service. 4 days CCJ with credit for 2. (Day for day applies). 

Kevin R. Hendricker appeared in court today. Plea deal close to being reached. Will meet on Monday afternoon after 1:15.

Andrew M. Akers appeared in court today. Charged with aggravated battery. Probable cause found. Detained on $10,000 bond. First appearance with counsel set for September 19th.

Richard E. Busboom appeared in court. Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment pleads not guilty and requests trial by jury. Pretrial only set for October 11th.

Madelynn M. Cashen appeared in court. Plea delivered. Defendent pleads guilty 2 years probation standard terms, dna sample, jail sentence of 8 days with 8 days served. 500 dollar fine with total fees and costs of $4,253 plus incidentals. Other Citation dismissed as part of plea. Next court date is November 13

Joseph M. Besson appeared in court. Waived preliminary hearing, waived arraignment plead not guilty, requested jury trial, pretrial only set for October 10th

Steven M. Wilson appeared in court.  Bail review with bond set at $200,000. No contact with victim or victims house in Morrisonville. First appearance with council set for September 23rd and preliminary hearing set for October 7th

Cleat A. Davis appeared in court. Plea agreement reached. 24 months probation. 10 days with 5 days served but day to day applied. Fines and fees and assessments set at $4,421.  All other charges dropped. 

Carl J. Fisher appeared in court. PTR issued. First appearance with the public defender set for October 31st. 

Molly J. Grigsby fails to appear. Court informed of health issues.  Notice to appear set for November 8th.

Anthony M. Holmes appeared in court. First appearance with counsel set for October 11th.

Keirsty M. Hughes appeared in court. Public defender appointed. First appearance with the public defender set for October 10th. 

Dawn R. Masterson appeared in court. No council was chosen. Will represent themselves. Status scheduled for September 13th for time for the defendant to speak to state.
