Morgan Smith-Berge – Charged with state benefit fraud and PA Wire fraud. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 07/21/2026.

 

Hailey J. Collins – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next court appearance will be 06/02/2026.

 

Kenneth L. Kuhn - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 07/24/2026.

 

Benton Beard IV – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Plea hearing scheduled for 06/05/2026.


Carl L. Gray - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Gray waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment pleading not guilty. Gray also has demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial scheduled for 07/20/2026.


Royal D. Jackson – Charged with armed violence, Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams), and aggravated unlawful possession of a loaded firearm while in a motor vehicle, without FCCA/FOID card. Pretrial has been continued to 06/15/2026.

 

Stephan C. Jordan – Charged with Domestic Battery.   An amended pretrial release order was entered to remove the provision of no contact with the current residence, since the alleged victim no longer resides at that address. Jordan is also ordered to stay away from the address where the child now resides. The state is still trying to obtain medical records and, by agreement, pre-trial hearing continued to 07/20/2026.

 

Joseph D. Mays – Guilty of forgery and delivery of false documents. Pretrial hearing continued to 06/05/2026.

 

Angela L. Peters - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Final pretrial hearing is set for 07/21/2026. Jury trial is scheduled for 08/03/2026.

 

Rusty L. Tolly – Charged with violation of an order for protection. Current pretrial release was denied, any and all petitions on pre trial release will be heard and decided 06/02/2026.

Quentin J. McKittrick – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and meth delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams). 402 Conference set for 07/14/20206 with pretrial set for 07/28/2026.

 

Jeffrey R. Moreland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). First appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing set for 06/25/2026.

 

Kristi A. Bland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next appearance is set for 07/16/2026.

 

Mitchell R. Chapman – charged with 2 counts of burglary, one count of burglary without causing damage, 1 count of escaping and violating GPS monitoring and three counts of theft of property valuing between $10K and $100K. Chapman did not appear but is in custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections. Video writ to issue is set for 06/16/2026

 

Michael W. Emery – Charged with Aggravated battery against a peace officer as well as manufacturing and delivering cannabis. Next court appearance is a pretrial set for 07/21/2026.

 

Daniel J. Endres – Charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault against a victim under the age of 18, act committed as a trusted adult to the victim. Pretrial set for 06/16/2026

 

Ashlyn N. Hrabak – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) manufacturing and delivering cannabis, criminal damage to property totaling between $500 and $10K, and burglary. Case dismissed per plea agreement.

 

Brandon L. Kay – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next court appearance is set for 06/12/2026

 

Bryant J. Klee – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim younger than 13-years-old causing permanent disability. Matter reset for 06/01/2026

 

Katelyn A. Melvin – Use of deadly weapon in aggravated battery committed against a victim 60-years of age or older. Next appearance is 07/20/2026.

 

Amber R. Spracklen – charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of meth (Meth less than 5 grams). Hearing on possible plea has been set for 06/02/2026.

 

William C. Wanless – Charged with possession, reproduction, and distribution of child pornography, also known as child sexual abuse materials (CSAM’s). Order of detention shall continue and the matter has been reset to 06/01/2026.

 

Cale R. Sexson –  Charged with aggravated battery against a merchant and theft or displacement of merchandise valuing over $300. Sentencing hearing was on 05/07/2026 and the matter was reset for today (05/26/2026). Sexson’s probation was revoked, and terminated. Sentenced to 120 days in Christian County Jail. Day for day good time applies with a mittimus stayed until 5/27/2026. Sexson has been admonished as to failure to report and was given appeal rights.

Payton D. Farris – Charged with meth possession (Between 5 and 15 grams). Farris is in rehab currently. Matter has been reset for 06/15/2026.

 

Kyle T. Adler – Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer. Adler failed to appear today. Notice to appear was issued for 06/05/2026.

 

Michael A. Bergland – Charged with meth possession and delivery(Less than 5 grams). Matter reset to a possible plea hearing on 07/17/2026.

 

Justin M. Bright – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Ongoing matter reset for 07/17/2026.

 

Jacob M. Charles – Charged with $300+ dollars worth of retail theft. Matter reset for 07/17/2026.

 

Morgan C. Farr – Charged with theft valued between $10K and $100K. Matter reset for 07/13/2026.

 

Phillip G. Fornwalt - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Neither Fornwalt or his defense attorney appeared today. Notice to appear was set for 07/02/2026.


Prentice Frost – Charged with burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle. Frost currently is in treatment, and the matter was reset for 07/13/2026.

 

Stephan C. Jordan – Charged with domestic battery resulting in bodily harm. Motion hearing is set for 05/29/2026.

 

Harley N. Logue – Charged with burglary (without causing damage) and theft valuing between $500 and $10K. Restitution and fines totaling to $1100 is ordered to be paid, notice to pay or appear on 12/02/2026 was issued.

 

Austin L. Mayes – Guilty of aggravated battery of a police officer and charged with home invasion resulting in invaded resident’s injury, domestic battery with prior convictions and domestic battery in violation of a no contact order. One year has passed and Mayes is still deemed not fit to stand trial. Mayes also did not appear in court today. Civil commitment is to be requested and the matter has been reset for a status hearing on 05/29/2026.

 

Tristin R. Nelsen – Charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault against a victm aged 5-years-old or younger. Sex Offender Evaluation is scheduled for 06/22/2026. Matter is reset for 06/29/2026.

 

Kyle B. Parks – Charged with criminal sexual assault through force. Parks remains under order for detention. Next appearance in court is scheduled for 06/04/2026.


Jacob A. Samson – Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 07/13/2026.

 

Rodney L. Green - Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). Hearing for status on transcripts is set for 07/23/2026.

Nicholas D. Harris -  Charged with robbery. Matter reset for pretrial on 07/27/2026.

 

Larry N. Brummet – Court finds Brummet to be a clear and considerable threat to the community with a history of violent offenses and also finds that no condition or combination of conditions would prevent Brummet from commuting a felony or class a misdemeanor. Next court date is a combined preliminary and first appearance scheduled for 06/05/2026.

 

Kevin R. Durham – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Durham pleaded not guilty and waived formal arraignment to demand trial by jury. Next court appearance will be a pretrial set to be held on 07/02/2026.

 

Vance L. Gibson – Charged with meth possession (Less than five grams) and felon in possession of a weapon. Order of detention continues. Possible Plea will be heard on 06/04/2026.

 

Erick W. Gudgel – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and theft valuing between $500 and $10K. Pretrial is set for 06/25/2026.

 


Shelby M . Hardin – Charged with possession of a controlled substance. Status hearing is set for 07/30/2026.

 

Joshua E. Hicks –Found guilty of theft valuing between $500 and $10K. Sentencing hearing is set for 06/25/2026.

 

Bradley Hogge – Charged with retail theft with a total value greater than or equal to $300.  Hogge pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 2 days in Christian County Jail with credit for 1 day served. Hogge has also been officially trespassed and banned from Taylorville Walmart.

 

Amanda D. Johanningmeier  - Charged with theft valuing between $500 and $10K. A motion to release was denied, and order of detention remains in effect. Jury trial will be set for 07/06/2026 with a pretrial scheduled for 06/11/2026 final pretrial on 06/23/2026.

 

Brandi S. Kay – Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). Status hearing is set for 06/04/2026.


Kaylee McGuire – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial will be on 06/25/2026.

 

Christine D. Peck – Charged with obstructing justice by destroying evidence. Pretrial is set for 07/13/2026.

 

Antonio R. Reese – Charged with possession of a narcotic or controlled substance. Pretrial is set for 06/25/2026.

 

Aaron C. Davis – Charged with theft valued between $500 and $10K, possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and for being a felon who failed to return from furlough. By agreement, matter was reset for 06/23/2026.

Sarah R. Bell - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and aggravated battery against a peace officer.  Jury trial is set for 08/03/2026 with a final pretrial set on 07/21/2026.

 

Malisha D. Bradley – Charged with mob action, which is an offense that is committed when two or more individuals outnumber a victim causing harm, violence or threat. Bradley pleaded not guilty and demanded a trial by jury, waiving formal arraignment. Pretrial is set for 07/14/2026.

 

Haley J. Collins - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Collins pleaded not guilty and demands trial by jury waiving formal arraignment. Pretrial is set for 7/14/2026.

 

Brent Crockett – Charged with residential burglary. Crockett appeared today in custody. Crockett then waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 06/05/2026.

 

Carter L. Edwards – Charged with burglary without causing damage. Edwards appeared today via ZOOM call and a pretrial has been set for 07/14/2026.

 

Faith Haines - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Court finds that Haines did commit a class A offense or higher and notes that Haines was released on pretrial conditions at the time of this new offense. Court decides that no conditions or combination of conditions would keep Haines from committing new offenses. Preliminary hearing set for 06/12/2026.

 

Shane P. Hargis – Charged with aggravated battery against a 60+ year-old victim and for possession of a stolen vehicle. Next court appearance will be a pretrial which is scheduled for 07/20/2026.

 

Matthew W. Koberlein - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Counsel only status hearing is set for 07/27/2026. Koberlein will remain in the Effingham County Jail.

 

Timothy L. McRoy – Charged with aggravated battery in a public place. Pretrial is set for 07/09/2026.

 

Aaron J. Richards – Charged with failing to report change of employment portraying to the sex offender registry and for being a registered child sex offender caught in a school zone. Pretrial set 07/14/2026.

 

Shana R. Scribner - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Scribner demands trial by jury. Pretrial has been set for 07/16/2026.

 

Dillon MW. Washburn - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Status hearing is set for 06/03/2026.

 

Dylan L. Woodworth – Charged with obstruction of justice by destroying evidence. Status hearing is set for 07/27/2026.

 

Gerald A. Brown – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/23/2026.

 

Sammy J. Baldock JR. - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Baldock entered an open plea of guilty. Matter is now set for sentencing hearing to take place on 07/20/2026.

 

Pamela S. Chasteen - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Chasteen failed to appear today. Motion to continue was granted with no objection. Court will vacate on 06/01/2026 moving to a jury trial set for 08/03/2026. Final pretrial set for 07/21/2026.

 

Eric J. Klein – Charged with stalking with awareness of threat and being a felon who failed to return from furlough. Klein appeared in court while custody today. Judgment of conviction was entered. Klein has been sentenced to 30 months of probation, financial sentencing, mandatory counseling and regular evaluations, no drugs or alcohol with random testing, and credit time served for 103 day for day good time will apply. Appeal rights were given.

 

Timothy L. Myer – Charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and aggravated fleeing of police by speeding 21 MPH over the limit. Myer appeared in custody to court today. Motion to continue was granted by the state over defendants objection due to state holding good cause. Waiting DNA Crime Lab results. Based on multiple continuances, court finds change of circumstance. Myer was released today on pretrial conditions. If transported to Cumberland County Jail then no GPS monitoring is required. If not transported, GPS monitoring will be mandated. Status hearing is set for 06/11/2026.

 

Shaun Padgett – Charged with theft valuing between $500 and $10K. Padget enters an open plea of guilty. State agreed to cap sentence to 3 years in Illinois Department of Corrections custody. Official sentencing hearing is set for 07/21/2026.

 

Zachary S. Slater – Charged with aggravated DUI while on a suspended or revoked license. Court to vacate on 06/01/2026 with a jury trial set for 08/03/2026. Final pretrial set for 07/21/2026.

Lavell Wallace – Charged with aggravated domestic battery via strangulation. Wallace was sentenced to 12 months under court supervision. A financial sentence was also entered. Wallace ordered to pay or appear on 11/25/2026.

 

Ashley A. Woods - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Court to vacate on 06/01/2026 with a jury trial scheduled for 08/03/2026. Final pretrial set for 07/21/2026.

Prentice Frost – Charged with burglary, and possession of a stolen vehicle. Frost FAILED TO APPEAR today. Bench warrant was issued.


Michael J. Gonzales – Charged with reckless discharge of a firearm and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Pretrial release was granted under several conditions. Pretrial is set for 07/16/2026.

 

Jimmy L. Gorsuch – Charged with document forgery. (Fraud) First appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing set for 05/18/2026.

 

Steven Martinez – Charged with harassment by threatening to kill the victim. Martinez was released on pretrial conditions, Preliminary Hearing set for 06/16/2026.

 

Page Ouding Smith – Posession of meth (Less than 5 Grams). Pleaded not guilty, waiving formal arraignment. Smith demands trial by jury and a jury trial is now set for 07/14/2026.

Robert E. Gray – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Gray waived formal arraignment after pleading not guilty and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 06/26/2026.

 

Bradley R. Grumadas – Charged with retail theft totaling over $300. Grumadas failed to appear on time to court, Bench warrant issued over objection. Grumadas then arrived late, and the bench warrant was quashed. Hearing on a petition to revoke is set for 07/16/2026.

 

Ashley N. Lowis – Charged with aggravated fleeing of police at a speed of 21+ MPH over the speed limit. Pretrial is set for 06/25/2026.

 

Skylar J. Myers – Charged with $500-$10K of criminal damage to property. Myers is currently in custody of the Sangamon County Jail / Treatment. Pretrial is set for 0/7/09/2026.

 

Candace S. Stephens – Charged with being a registered felon in possession of a weapon. Stephens pleaded not guilty and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 07/09/2026.

 

Matthew M. Yattoni – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams)., and driving on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/09/2026.

Stephanie Bailey – Charged with meth delivery (Less than or equal to 5 grams). Status hearing set for 06/12/2026.

 

Michael A. Bergland – Charged with meth delivery and possession (Less than or equal to 5 grams). Pretrial set for 05/22/2026.

 

Adam K. Cherry – Guilty of meth possession, charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license (4th offense) and also theft equal to more than $300. Status hearing set for 06/05/2026.

 

Matthew A. Crowder – Charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. Pretrial release conditions have been modified. SCRAM Device will be removed and a pretrial is set for 06/04/2026.

 

Adam L. Dilley – Guilty of 2 counts criminal sexual assault. Dilley was not present for the court process today. Video Writ To Issue set for 06/22/2026.

 

Payton D. Farris – Charged with meth possession (Between 5 and 15 grams). Matter has been reset for hearing on 05/15/26.

 

Danny L. Gates – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and aggravated battery against a 60+ year-old victim. Pretrial set for 06/25/2026.

 

Alexis I. Givens – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams), charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). Givens remains under continued order for detention. Pretrial set for 06/08/2026.

 

Jacob W. Gray – Charged with aggravated domestic battery and home invasion bearing a dangerous weapon. Gray shall remain in custody under an order of detention. Matter set for good faith hearing on 06/05/2026.

 

Chance Hobbs – Charged with criminal damage to property, and guilty of arson with damages valued over $150. Pre-sentence investigation report requested. Hobbs petition to revoke has been signed and officialized. Hobbs continues to fail probationary requirements. Sentencing hearing is now set for 07/14/2026.

 

Timothy M. Hovis – Charged with predatory criminal sexual assault against a victim 13 years or younger and multiple counts of child porn possession. Probation department ordered to prepare pre-sentence investigation report and to facilitate a sex offender evaluation, which is ordered pursuant to statute. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for 6/26/15. Hovis has been remanded to the custody of the sheriff pending sentencing.

 

Thomas E. Lawrence – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) Court finds that Lawrence is a clear and present threat to the community and revoked his release.  Lawrence will now remain in custody. Court vacates on 06/16/2026 and a preliminary hearing is set for 05/26/2026.

 

Ashley Layton – Charged with theft valued at more than $300. Pretrial is set for 07/13/2026.

Steven D. Leonard – Charged with Aggravated DUI and driving on a revoked license. (3rd driving on revoked offense). Pretrial is set for 306/26/2026.

 

Angel S. Stout – Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). Stout set to remain in custody for now. Next appearance will be a pretrial set for 06/12/2026.

 

Christina L. Woestman – Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). Woestman will remain in custody for now. Next appearance is a pretrial set for 06/12/2026.

Jonathan Krouse – Charged with domestic battery with prior conviction. No contact order with the victim has been mandated.  Pretrial release has been granted and a first appearance with counsel as well as a preliminary hearing is scheduled for 06/25/2026.

 

Jerald Buerk – Charged with theft valued over $500. Pretrial set for 07/02/2026.

 

Aaron D. Fitzgerald – Driving on a revoked license from a DUI. Fitzgerald pleaded not guilty and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 06/22/2026.

 

Steven D. Kilcrease – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license from DUI, and also charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial hearing set now for 07/07/2026.

 

Luke H. Lehman – Charged with aggravated battery against a 60+ year old victim. Pretrial is now set for 07/07/2026.

 

Austin L. Mayes – Guilty of aggravated battery against a police officer, charged with home invasion resulting in injury, domestic battery with more than one prior conviction, and domestic battery causing bodily harm. Mayes is under the Department of Human Services custody. A time frame has lapsed, and Mayes must now undergo evaluation within 7 days. A discharge hearing is set currently for 06/15/2026, with a status hearing on 05/22/2026

 

Brian J. Mundhenke -Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer, aggravated battery against a pregnant or handicapped victim, and possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 06/26/2026.

 

Shannon M. Stroisch – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Stroisch appeared via zoom. Pre-trial is set for 07/07/2026.

 

Derek Willis – Charged with criminal damage valued between $10K and $100K. Willis pleaded not guilty and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 07/20/2026.

 

Travis E. Brinkmann – Guilty of aggravated DUI causing a vehicle crash causing great bodily harm. Pretrial set for 06/12/2026.

 

Joshua D. Hill – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and charged with aggravated battery by strangulation. Matter set for sentencing hearing on 07/10/2026.

 

Ruth A. Lozier – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). During a traffic stop, Lozier was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Officers have already been investigating Lozier for drug related offenses after receiving a complaint. During the traffic stop, Lozier gave consent to search her vehicle and a K9 unit found methamphetamine in Lozier’s purse. Motion to suppress was denied, pretrial is set for 06/25/2026.

Marco A. Anderson – Charged with aggravated DUI with a suspended or revoked license. Anderson did not appear today but is currently in Sangamon County jail. The court anticipates a DOC Plea to be done at the Sangamon County jail. Matter now reset for 08/07/2026.

 

Sara G. Anderson – Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. Anderson failed to appear in court today; a notice to appear has been sent out. Next appearance is set for 06/18/2026.

 

Eric J. Flaherty – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. A no-contact order has been put in place against the victim. Flaherty will be on a 12-month probation as well as 14 days in jail with no day for day. There will be a credit for the 4 days that have already been served. $500 is ordered to be paid as restitution.

 

Brian L. Moses – Charged with aggravated DUI with a suspended or revoked license and driving on a revoked license (2nd offense). Matter reset for a plea hearing scheduled for 07/13/2026 with a status of counsel only.

 

Ashley L. Rockford – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and possessing stolen property. Admonishment on Abstentia was given, and a partial plea of guilty was given. Pretrial on sentencing and a status hearing on remaining charges is set for 06/12/2026.

 

Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and also with possession of a controlled substance. Spraklen did not appear in court today. The court anticipates that she is currently in rehab. Next court date is set for 05/15/2026.

 

Joseph A. Leckner – Charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. The court today revoked his pretrial release, found clear and convincing evidence that a detainable offense has occurred. The court also found Leckner to be a danger and/or threat to the community. and set a pretrial for 07/13/2026. Leckner will return to and remain in jail for now.

Brian M. Grove – Charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM’s). Judge J. Marc Kelly granted Grove release under several strict pretrial conditions. Those conditions include GPS monitoring, home confinement, no internet access through phones or computers, no possession of dangerous weapons, and no contact with anyone under the age of 18. Grove is set for pretrial proceedings on 06/11/26.

Timothy M. Hovis – Charged with predatory criminal sexual assault against a minor under the age of 13 and 4 counts of possession of child pornography. Hovis appeared in custody today with counsel. Potential negotiated resolutions are still being discussed. Pretrial continues on 06/12/2026.

 

Shelby D. Cook – Charged with aggravated DUI with a revoked or suspended license. Preliminary hearing has been set for 06/25/2026.

 

Monica J. Haines – Charged with theft valuing $500 to $10K. Pretrial now set for 06/18/2026.

 

Bradley L. Mansfield – Charged with 2 counts of Aggravated DUI. This will be Mansfield’s 3rd offense. Pretrial set for 06/18/2026.

 

Jennifer L. Beck – Charged with multiple counts of meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). A motion to withdraw was granted by the court. First appearance with counsel is set for 06/11/2026 and court will vacate 05/11/2026.

 

Matthew G. Beck - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams).  Next appearance is set for 06/22/2026

 

Rodney L. Green -  Charged pleaded guilty to meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). A status on petition to withdraw guilty plea is set for 05/22/2026.

 

Brent L. Musser – Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams) and possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) Musser appeared in custody today. Jury trial has been set for 07/06/2026 with a final pretrial set for 06/26/2026. Order of detention shall remain in effect.

 

Demarcus L. Richardson – Charged with theft valuing between $10K and $100K. Pretrial set for 06/25/2026

 

Lorna A. Smith – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 06/11/2026

Bradley E. Martin – Charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault against a minor, each count being a Class X Felony. Martin waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded a jury trial. The court finds probable cause to detain and that Martin is a clear and present threat to the surrounding community. Martin will remain in custody. Next court appearance will be a pretrial on 06/08/2026, followed by a final pretrial on 07/21/2026. Jury trial is currently scheduled for 08/03/2026

 

Ryan J. Durbin – Guilty of violating an order of protection and charged with violating the rules of the sex offender registry. First appearance with counsel is set for 06/02/2026.

 

Don D. Humphrey – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. Humphrey waives attorney, negotiates a plea deal, and pleads guilty. $825 restitution is ordered to be paid. Humphrey has been ordered by the court to pay or appear in the courtroom by 07/01/2026.

 

Heather Obil – Charged with aggravated DUI with a revoked license. Obil was found guilty and sentenced to a year and a half in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Financial sentencing was also ordered.

 

Kristi A. Bland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Appeared from treatment via a Zoom call. Next court date is 05/26/2026.

 

Ashlyn N. Hrabak – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Hrabak appeared in court today while in custody. Pretrial is set for 05/26/2026. Order for detention continues.

 

Briar D. Samson – Charged with burglary and meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next court date is a pretrial scheduled for 06/16/2026.

Kyle B. Parks – Charged with criminal sexual assault. Parks was in custody during his hearing today. State calls officer Lavin and he is sworn and testifies. Court finds probable cause to detain and reason to believe Parks is a real and present threat to the victim and no condition or combination of conditions will protect the victim. Order of detention remains active. First appearance with counsel is set for 05/22/2026.


Robert N. Roark – charged with burglary. Roark pleaded guilty today and was sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department Of Corrections credit time served of 116 days. Restitution’s were also ordered to be paid.

 

Pamela J. Rozplochowski – Charged with meth delivery (Less than five grams). Pretrial set for 06/23/2026.

 

Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and possession of a controlled substance. Next hearing set for 05/07/2026. Spracklen has been ordered to sign releases if they go to inpatient treatment.

 

Danny R. Stanberry – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). A 402 conference followed by a pretrial are set for 06/15/2026.

 

Waylon M. Thompson – Charged with aggravated battery with a victim 60 years of age or older. Pretrial is set for 06/22/2026.
