Christian County Court Records for 03/30/26

The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on March 30th, 2026.
This list is NOT exclusive.


Shawn J. Russell – Charged with meth delivery 15<100 grams, possession of meth 15<100 grams and aggravated fleeing 21 mph over the speed limit. The fleeing charge and delivery charges were dismissed per a plea of guilty on possession of meth. Russell is now sentenced to 8 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with credit time served of 365 days followed by 2 years of mandatory supervised release. Russell also has been sentenced to pay a restitution of $3500 dollars of which the court finds noncollectable.


Skyler J. Myers – Charged with criminal damage to property totaling between $500 and $10k. Myers currently remains in custody at the Sangamon County Jail. Pretrial is set for 05/15/2026.


Charles R. Overla – Charged with felon in possession of a weapon. Overla failed to appear in court today, resulting in an issued bench warrant which is geographically restricted to the entire state of Illinois.


Adrian A. Thompson – Charged with Aggravated fleeing of police 21MPH over the posted speed limit as well as theft of property equaling between $10k - $100k.
Thompson appeared today via ZOOM call and the matter is now set for a preliminary hearing on 04/21/2026.


Matthew M. Yattoni – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), Theft totaling between $500 and $10k,  and driving on a revoked or suspended license (2nd offense). Pretrial is set for 05/15/2026.

Christian County Court Records For 03/27/26

The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on Friday, March 27th.
This list is not exclusive.

 

Adam K. Cherry – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license, retail theft (Over $300), and found guilty of meth possession. Cherry appeared today and pre-trial was set for 05/12/2026. Cherry is currently attending inpatient treatment.

 

Maria D. Gibbs – Charged with criminal damage totaling $10K - $100K. Gibbs is currently involuntarily in a medical facility. Status hearing set for 04/30/2026.

 

Neil R. Hall – Guilty of a violation of the sex offender registry. The violation is failing to register new address with the sex offender registry. After reviewing medical report by Dr. Killion, Court observed Hall’s demeanor and manner in court and finds that Hall is now fit to stand trial. Hall made a motion for release. Parties stipulated to testimony of the jail nurse that his mental condition has stabilized and Hall is taking his medication. Court found change of circumstance based on Hall’s mental health prognosis Hall was released on the pretrial conditions of GPS monitoring, no drugs or alcohol with random testing. Pretrial set for 04/02/2026.

 

Shane P. Hargis – Charged with aggravated battery of a victim aged 60+. Hargis waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment. Hargis pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury. Matter set for hearing on petition for sanction scheduled to take place on 04/02/2026.

 

Daylynn M. Hill – Charged with aggravated battery in a public place. Hill will remain in custody. Pretrial is set for 05/15/2026 followed by a bench trial set for 06/04/2026.

 

Ashlyn N. Hrabak – Charged with Burglary and manufacturing and delivering cannabis. Hrabak will remain under order for detention and stay in custody. Hrabak will also be screened by Restoration Farms for inpatient treatment eligibility. Status hearing is set for 04/10/2026.

 

Phillip W. Law – Charged with Possession of and delivery of meth (between 100 and 400 grams) Law will remain in custody under order of detention. First appearance is set for 04/09/2026.

 

Daniel R. Martin – Charged with aggravated DUI with no valid insurance. Martin appeared today via ZOOM call and a status of preliminary hearing is set for 04/24/2026.


Austin L. Mayes – Charged with 1 count of attempting to disarm a police officer, 2 counts of aggravated battery against a police officer, 1 count of home invasion causing injury, and 1 count of domestic battery involving bodily harm. Mayes is currently in custody of the Department of Human Services and could not appear today. A writ to issue for an in person appearance was filed. Next court appearance will take place on 05/11/2026.

 

Brian J. Mundhenke – Charged with aggravated battery against a police officer, aggravated battery against a pregnant or handicapped person, and possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial has been reset for 04/09/2026

 

Brandon E. Rhodes – Charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Order of Detention to remain in effect. Pretrial set for 04/07/2026.

 

Robert N. Roark – Charged with Burglary. Roark will remain in Illinois Department Of Corrections custody. Matter reset for plea hearing on 05/01/2026.


Andre C. Snow – Charged with aggravated battery of a police officer. Pretrial set for 04/27/2026.

 

Jaydin F. Snow – Pleads guilty to possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), phone harassment, and Meth Delivery (Less than 5 grams). Order to follow probationary conditions will remain in effect. Status hearing set for 03/31/2026.


Tamara M. Stevens – Charged with possession of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a weapon. Treatment Court Referral is pending. Status hearing is set for 04/24/2026.


Charles K. Wafford – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Wafford was released from custody on pretrial conditions. First appearance and preliminary hearing both set for 05/15/2026.

 

George T. Bailey – Found guilty of aggravated domestic assault by strangulation, domestic Battery causing serious bodily harm (2nd offense) possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), and Aggravated assault against a police officer, ER, or fire department worker. Pretrial set for 05/01/2026.

Christian County Court Records for 03/26/26

Robert M. Hodson – Charged with aggravated DUI resulting in a crash that caused death to an individual. Hodson will file new 604(d) certificate and motion for new trial. Status hearing scheduled for 5/28/26.

 

Ashley M. Moehring – Charged with aggravated DUI on a revoked license. Discovery was completed and The State is working on a global resolution. Matter has been reset for pretrial on 06/25/2026

 

Jacob L. Stephens – Charged with aggravated DUI with no valid drivers license, and also charged with aggravated fleeing from the police. Matter has been reset for 04/30/2026

 

Jerald Buerk – Charged with theft of less than $500. Matter set for pretrial on 05/11/226.

 

Rebecca A. Burke – Charged with Possession of meth. Burke remains detained. Next court appearance is set for 04/30/2026

Bobbie J. Abberley – Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams) – Pretrial is now set for 05/14/2026

 

Jose J. Paredes – Charged with driving on a revoked licenses. Paredes plead guilty after being admonished. Paredes has been ordered to follow probation and a sentencing hearing set for 05/14/2026

 

Sara G. Anderson – Charged with criminal damage to property. Appeared today Via ZOOM Call and pretrial has been set for 05/08/2026.

 

Pamela S. Chasteen – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Final pretrial is set for 05/19/2026 and a trial by jury is set for 06/01/2026.

 

Deanna R. Durbin – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), Public Defender was appointed, preliminary hearing was set for 05/18/2026.

 

Alexis I. Givens – Charged with meth delivery (between 5 and 100 grams). Givens will remain in custody as an order for detention remains in place. Next pretrial is set for 04/07/2026.


Timothy M. Hovis – Charged with sexual assault of a victim under 13 years old and possession of child porn materials. Parties present by counsel. Hovis’ attorney waives presence of his client and enters a plea of not guilty after waiving arraignment and demanding trial by jury.  By agreement, parties must file any additional pretrial motions within 14 days. Hearing on all pretrial motions and pretrial hearings scheduled for 04/30/2026 and a jury trial is scheduled for 06/01/2026 .

 

Robert W. Retzloff – Charged with 8 counts of possession/reproduction of child pornography. Retzloff remains in custody, court will conduct a 402 conference on 05/14/2026 followed by a pretrial hearing on the same date.

 

Raymond T. Rogers – Charged with violation of a protective order that was issued due to a former domestic violence case. Rogers waived a preliminary hearing as well as a formal arraignment and pleads not guilty. Motion on detention was heard by court. Rogers argued change of circumstance as the alleged victim has dismissed the order for protection, and has also signed a letter request of non-prosecution. Rogers will be released from custody based on chage in circumstance, however Rogers is ordered by the court and will be required to have GPS Monitoring and no contact with the alleged victim or her residence. Pretrial is set for 04/24/2026.

 

Angel S. Stout – Charged with meth delivery (15 – 100 grams) Stout will remain in custody for now. Pretrial is set for 04/07/2026.
 

Christian County Court Records for 03/23/26

The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on March, 23rd 2026.

Lyndsay S. Cooper – Charged with aggravated DUI. Pretrial set for 06/15/2026.

 

Christa L. Kelly – Charged with meth delivery. Probable cause was found over the weekend. Kelly was in custody but has been released on pretrial conditions. Kelly has requested a motion for time to hire, and a first appearance with counsel as well as a preliminary hearing is set for 05/18/2026.

 

Malisha D. Bradley – Charged with mob action, which is the act of intimidating, threatening, or physically harming a single individual with a force of two or more people. Bradley waives prompt preliminary, causing the official preliminary hearing to be now set for 05/19/2026.

 

Adam L Dilley – Guilty of 5 counts of sexual assault, a Class X Felony. Defendant was not present today, a writ to issue is scheduled for 05/12/2026.

 

Michael L. Durbin – Charged with failure to register new address to the sex offender registry within three days of move-in. Preliminary hearing set for 05/18/2026.

 

Prentice Frost – Charged with burglary, and possession of a stolen vehicle. Frost was in custody today prior to his hearing. The court previously found probable cause to detain. Frost was released on pretrial conditions, including 60 days of GPS monitoring to be reviewed thereafter. First appearance with counsel along with a preliminary hearing have been scheduled for 05/18/2026.

 

Luke H. Lehman – Charged with aggravated battery against a 60+ year old victim. Court conducted a preliminary hearing and the state calls Officer Adam Lange who appears via ZOOM call. Court finds probable cause to charge Lehman with aggravated battery. Lehman waived a formal arraignment hearing, Plead not guilty, and demands a trial by jury. A pretrial is scheduled for 05/11/2026.

 

Jason D. Lindsey – Charged with Burglary and found guilty of theft valuing $500 to $10k. Lindsey had a denied request for Furlough in his last hearing however today Lindsey was furloughed for inpatient treatment. A pretrial is now set for 05/01/2026.

 

Regina A. Poindexter – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Poindexter appeared today via ZOOM call. Hearing set for 05/15/2026.

 

Cale R. Sexson – Found guilty of aggravated battery against a merchant, and also guilty of Theft or displacement of merchandise equal or greater than $300. Sexson has been hospitalized as of for past 30 days. Motion to continue is granted over objection. Matter has been reset for sentencing hearing. Hearing is scheduled for 04/06/2026. Until the hearing, Sexson has been ordered to frequently report to probation.

 


William A. Steinkuehler – Charged with 3 counts of aggravated sexual abuse against a victim of 5 years old or younger, and 1 count of sexual abuse of an animal. Steinkuehler enters open admission as to petition to revoke a case from Sangamon County (25CF908) Admission is knowing and voluntary and factual basis found. Probation is set to prepare a presentence investigation report. Sentencing hearing set for 05/26/2026/ Trial in absentia has been given.  Steinkuehler ordered to report to probation.
 

Christian County court Records for 03/20/26

The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on Friday, March 20th, 2026.

Geoffrey G. Glass – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended drivers license. A final pretrial is set for 04/21/2026 and a jury trial is set for 05/04/2026.

 

William A. Sanchez – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended drivers license. Preliminary hearing waived. Sanchez plead guilty and a Judgment of conviction was entered. Sanchez is sentenced to 2 years of supervised probation, and a financial sentencing order was filed. Sanchez, is also sentenced to 240 hours of public service work, counseling per probation, no drugs or alcohol with random testing, as well as warrantless searches, a DNA sample as well as a fee to be paid.

 

Zachary S. Slater – Charged with aggravated DUI with a revoked license. Final pretrial is set for 05/19/2026 and a pretrial for jury trial will be on 06/01/2026.

 

Neil R. Hall – Guilty of violating the sex offender registry by failing to register his new residence. Motion to continue was granted on 03/13/2026 and the motion hearing was held this morning. In today’s motion hearing a pretrial was set for 03/27/2026.

 

Eric J. Klein – Convicted of stalking while aware of threatening behavior. Court finds Klein guilty of failing to follow court orders and by failing to return to county jail, and such court also finds no conditions or combinations of conditions will maintain compliance, Klein remains in detention for now. Matter reset for status and a preliminary hearing is set for 04/10/2026.

 

Clayton A. Langley – Charged with meth delivery (15-100 grams). Langley is currently in custody and will remain under a detention order for now. Final pretrial is set for 06/23/2026 and a jury trial is set for 07/06/2026

 

Brian L. Moses – Charged with Driving on a suspended or revoked (second offense) as well as aggravated DUI Moses appeared via ZOOM meeting today and the matter was reset for a plea hearing on 05/08/2026.

 

Brent Musser – Charged with meth delivery (5-15 grams). Motion for furlough was granted without objection and status hearing is set for 04/28/2026.

 

Brandon E. Rhodes – Charged with receiving, possessing, or selling a stolen vehicle. Rhodes remains in custody. Public Defender Appointment is waived, Pending Fitness issues Status hearing is set for 03/27/2026.

 

Pamela J. Rozplochowski – Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams) Rozplochowski appeared today via ZOOM meeting. Pretrial set for 05/01/2026.

 

Jaydin F. Snow – Charged with harassment with no conversation including threatening behavior and meth delivery (Less than five grams) Snow enters open admission to petition to revoke and admission of knowing and voluntary and factual basis. Pretrial set for 03/27/2026.

 

Waylon M. Thompson – Charged with Aggravated battery on a victim of age 60+ Pleads not guilty and demands trial buy jury. Pretrial set for 05/01/2026.

 

Stephen M. Waggoner – Probable cause found to charge Waggoner with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) Waggoner was released on pretrial conditions of supervised probation. Public Defender Sloan was appointed as defense attorney. Waggoner’s first appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing are both set for 05/14/2026.

 

William C. Wanless – Currently in custody for 13 counts of Child Pornography. 2 Counts are Class X Felonies, one count is a Class 1 Felony, and the remaining 10 are Count 2 Felonies.  Wanless will remain in custody for now. Next pretrial set for 04/28/2026.

Clarence A. Pickering – Charged with driving on a revoked drivers license, Status hearing today via zoom, resulting in a Pretrial being set for 05/12/2026.

 

Bobbie J. Abberley – Charged with meth delivery between 5 and 15 grams, Abberley failed to appear, a bench warrant was issued over objection, then the bench warrant was quashed. In person pretrial is set for 03/24/26.

 

Christina L. Woestman – Charged with meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams. Woestman is currently in custody, and filed for furlough to inpatient treatment. Motion to furlough is granted, and next pretrial is set for 04/27/2026.

 

Shalee M. Bayne – Charged with possession of methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams) and is set to remain in custody until the next pretrial set for 04/23/2026.

 

Mitchell R. Chapman – Charged with 3 counts of burglary, one of the three charges being burglary without causing damage. Chapman is also charged with 3 counts of felony theft between $10k and $100k, as well as one count of attempting to escape electric monitoring. Chapman will remain in the Illinois Department Of Corrections custody for now. A 402 Conference and Pretrial is now set for 04/28/2026.

 

Karla P. Collado – Convicted of Grooming. Court orders probation to prepare for pre-sentencing investigation report. Sentencing hearing is set for 05/18/2026.

 

Drew Collins – charged with criminal damage to property and obstruction of a peace officer, firefighter or correctional officer. Pretrial set for 05/01/2026.

Don D. Humphrey – Charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license. Humphrey is currently on supervised probation. Next court date is set for 04/20/2026.

 

Kayley J. Armstrong – Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams). Armstrong plead not guilty to the charges and demands trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 04/28/2026.

 

Joseph M. Besson –  Charged with methamphetamine possession (between 15 and 100 grams). Plea hearing set for 04/06/2026.

 

Seth A. Bliss – Charged with burglary. Negotiated plea deal taken. Bliss is sentenced to 16 days in Christian County Jail, as well as one year of probation. A case regarding 1 count of Intimidation was dismissed.

 

Chris R. Carnahan – Charged with burglary and theft, methamphetamine possession, and also aggravated battery causing great bodily harm. Carnahan will remain in custody until his next hearing that is set for 04/27/2026.

 

Jacob M. Charles – Charged with retail theft greater than $300. A hearing on a petition to revoke is set to be held on 04/21/2026.

 

Donald R. Felton – Charged with manufacturing and delivering Cocaine (Less than 15 grams) Final Pretrial is set for 03/24/2026.

 

Eric J. Flaherty – Charged with aggravated assault causing great bodily harm. Flaherty was granted today with one final continuance before the matter goes to jury call. Next pretrial is 04/20/2026.

 

Ashlyn N. Hrabak – Charged with 2 counts of meth possession (Both counts less than 5 grams), burglary, and manufacturing and distributing cannabis. Public Defender was unavailable for hearing today. Matter reset to be heard on 03/24/2026.

 

Brittney L. Melvin – Charged with theft between $500 and $10K. Pretrial set for 04/23/2026
Danny R. Stanberry – Charged with methamphetamine possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 05/01/2026.

 

Christina L. Woestman – Charged with methamphetamine delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams). Matter reset for 03/19/2026.

 

Ashley L. Rockford – Charged with methamphetamine possession, (Less than 5 grams) being in posession of a stolen vehicle, . Rockford appeared today and made a motion to continue which was granted due to the public defender being unavailable, a hearing to petition to revoke is set for 04/30/2026

Charles W. Baker – Charged with unlawful possession of a credit or debit card. Appeared via Zoom Call today. Pretrial reset for 04/24/26.

 

Michael A. Bergland – Charged with methamphetamine delivery and also methamphetamine possession (less than 5 grams). Pretrial reset for 05/12/2026.


Tyler L. Engelhart – Charged with methamphetamine possession (less than 5 grams), felon in possession of a firearm, and armed violence. Engelhart will remained detained until his next court appearance on 04/28/2026.


Danny L. Gates – Charged with methamphetamine possession (Less than 5 grams),  Advised to return to inpatient. Also charged with aggravated battery against a senior citizen (60+).  A new pretrial is set for 05/12/2026.


Shane P. Hargis – Charged with aggravated battery against a senior citizen. Currently released on pretrial conditions and supervised probation. Pretrial is set for 03/27/2026.


Royal D. Jackson – Charged with armed violence, possession of methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams), and unlawful possession of a firearm. Jackson will remain detained until his next court appearance on 04/28/2026.

 

Charity A. Jackson-Whitted – Charged with methamphetamine possession (Less than 5 grams). Sentenced to supervised probation until the first appearance with council set for 05/01/2026


Eric J. Klein – No appearance. Charged with failure to return from furlough. Klein is currently in custody, first appearance with counsel set for 03/20/2026.


Ashley Layton – Charged with retail theft (Less than 300 dollars). Layton is on supervised probation until their pretrial hearing set for 05/12/2026.


Benjamin D. Underwood – Charged with Domestic Battery. Currently in custody, State calls Deputy Steve O’Brien, court finds probable cause. Underwood waives the formal arraignment hearing, pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 04/26/2026.

 

William C. Wanless – charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. Currently in custody and will not be released until the next court appearance on 03/16/2026
 

Christian County Court Records 03/13/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on March 13th, 2026.  This list is not exclusive.  

 

Brandon L. Kay – Charged with possession of methamphetamine (less than 5 grams), pre-trial will be over Zoom and is set for 04/24/2026.

 

Neil R. Hall – Charged with sexual assault, currently in custody, status hearing on 03/06/2026 resulted in the approval to continue being granted. The motion hearing is scheduled for 03/20/2026

 

Jeremy J. Beard – Charged with possession of methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams) and driving on a revoked license.  Pre-trial scheduled for 03/27/2026 

 

Kimberly A. Carrell – Charged with possession of methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams), Carrell is currently in Illinois Department Of Corrections. An in person court appearance is scheduled for 04/30/2026

 

Ashley S. Conaway – Charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. Court appearance was today via Zoom call, and a status hearing is scheduled for 05/01/2026

 

Matthew D. Fallacaro – Charged with possession of methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams). Court appearance was today via Zoom call, pre-trial is scheduled for 04/30/2026.

Joshua Haines – Charged with violation of sex offender registry and phone harassment. Today a formal arraignment was waived, alleged victim was present in today’s hearing and asks that the no contact provision be removed. The victims request of the removal of no contact was granted. Haines Pleads not guilty, and demands Trial by Jury for both charges The pre-trial is scheduled for 04/30/2026. Haines is currently under supervised probation. 

Tawanna R. Hall – Court appearance was today via Zoom call and an in person hearing was scheduled for 03/20/2026

 

Debra D. Harris – Charged with methamphetamine delivery (Less than 5 grams). Initial Pre-Trial was today, New pre-trial is scheduled for 05/01/2026

 

Chance Hobbs – Charged with arson and criminal damage to property (exceeding $100k). Pre-trial was today and Hobbs waived the formal arraignment on an amended petition to revoke that was denied. 
In the count of Arson, Hobbs plead guilty in April of last year and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 4 years of probation, 100 hours of community service and is in the process of paying off a $387,5899 restitution. The next court appearance will be 05/12/2026

 

Eric Klein – Charged with Stalking. Klein failed to appear to today’s status hearing. Klein resides in a sober living facility but is currently hospitalized. Status hearing was rescheduled for 03/31/2026


Quentin Prasun-Burnett – Charged with aggravated domestic battery by strangulation. Prasun-Burnett is currently in  Illinois Department Of Corrections custody. Prasun-Burnett has waived the formal arraignment, plead not guilty, and demands trial by jury. Matter was reset for pre-trial scheduled for 04/28/2026.

Amber N. Spracklen -  Charged with possession of methamphetamine. Court hearing today was held via Zoom call and a possible plea hearing is scheduled for 04/20/2026 in person.


Shannon M. Stroisch – Charged with possession of methamphetamine, Court appearance today was via Zoom Call. A pre-trial is scheduled for 04/11/2026

Christian County Court Cases 03/10/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on March 10th, 2026.  This list is not exclusive. 

 

Michael O. Beck. Charged with Domestic Assault/Strangulation which was dismissed and altered to Unlawful Restraint where Beck was found guilty and as a result he is currently serving a 4 year prison sentence, which began 9/16 of last year. Other charges include 3 counts Posession of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams) 2 counts Delivery of Methamphetamine (Less than 100 grams), and Driving on a suspended license. Pre-trial was today (3/10/26). Status hearing is set for 4/27/26.

 

James M. Biggers. Pre-Trial today (3/10/26) was pushed to 4/27/26 Charges are Receiving, posessing, and selling a stolen vehicle, Theft of a vehicle, and posession of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams).

 

Wyatt B. Dooley. Criminal damage between $10K AND $100K to a school, Pretrial was set for today (03/10/26) Judgment was witheld during todays case. Restitution and fines were charged, and Dooley will be on a 2 year probation with 30 hours of community service.

 

David M. Droke. Charged with Manufacturing and Delivering Cannabis between 30-500 grams. Pre Trial was today (3/10/26) and trial is set for 4/24/26.

 

Amber L. Fixsal. Charged with posession of Methamphetamines (Less than 5 grams). Case Dismissed

 

Joshua C. Hawthorne. Found guilty of Methamphetamine Possession and Delivery (less than 5 Grams). Directed to contact probation department and a new Pre-Trial /First Appearance is set for 4/27/26

 


Tobey M. Henson. Charged with Aggrivated Battery involving Great Bodily Harm. Pre-trial was today (3/10/26) and a new pre-trial was scheduled for 4/27/26

 

Marcus R. Ivy. Charged with Burglary Without Causing Damage. First Appearance was today (3/10/26) and the next appearance with counsel is set for 4/27/26

 

Michael MC. Kittrick. Charged with Delivery of Methamphetamines (Less than 5 grams) and was sentenced in a motion hearing today, to Supervised Probation and also was assigned a new Pre-Trial date of 03/26/26.

 

Nicholas A. Medina. Charged with Aggrivated Battery against a Peace Officer. Pre-trial set for 04/27/26. Medina will remain on Supervised Probation until pre-trial.

 

Baylee J. Moore. Charged wit h Criminal Damage to property $500-$10K. The state has motioned to dismiss this case.

 

Jaydin F. Snow. Charged with harrassment with no conversation and threatening to kill. Snow gave a plea of GUILTY. A 402 conference set for 03/12/2026 with a secondary Pre-trial set for 03/20/2026.

Snow was also charged with  Delivery of Methamphetamines (less than five grams) Pretrial wil be held on 3/20/26 as well.

 

Clint A. Varese. Charged with posession of Methamphetamines (Less than 5 grams) and was plead Guilty.

Jacob L. Coonrod. Motion by state to dismiss at request of victim is granted.  26

 

Keffrey L. Cothorn. pleads guilty count 1 amended.  $500 restitution to Rebecca Russell with Chance Smith 1 year court supervision, fines and fees.  victim impact statement read.  probation to monitor.  As part of plea additional cases were dismissed. 

 

Michael J. Gonzales final pretrail set for 3/24/.

 

Mason R. Hunnicutt.  Pretrial continued 2/23/26.

 

Shaun A. Korpela.  motion to modify detention denied, however court grants phone calls with corrections or other agencies to supervise phone calls to find someone to move property.  

 

Phillip W. Law Pretrial reset for 3/26/26.  

 

Raymond Rogers.  hearing held on petition to detain.  defendent ordered detained first appearance with council and preliminary hearing set for 3/24/26.

 

Chance M. Smith  pleaded guilty restitution ordered $500 with Keffery Cothern to Rebecca Russell along with fines and fees.  Probation to monitor.  1 year court supervision.

 

Todd Stockton.  First appearance with council and preliminary hearing set for 4/24/26.
