Robert D. Burke – Charged with burglary. Burke waived formal arraignment and preliminary hearing, proceeded into a not guilty plea, and demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 09/10/2026.
Carmen S. Carlock – Charged with violation of an order of protection issued due to domestic battery. Motion to continue was granted. Status hearing has been set for 08/13/2026. Carlock is mandated to report to pretrial services for testing. Court orders probation to assist with obtaining a urine sample.
Timothy L. McRoy – Charged with aggravated battery in a public setting. McRoy waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial is set to take place on 08/18/2026.
Paul M. Merriman – Charged with burglary. Pretrial is set for 08/13/2026.
Quentin Prasun-Burnett – Charged with domestic battery via strangulation. Prasun-Burnett appeared in IDOC custody. Pretrial is set for 08/13/2026.
Matthew M. Yattoni – Charged with meth possession, theft with intent to control property valuing between $500 and $10K, and driving on a revoked or suspended license. Petition to revoke set for 08/14/2026.
Quadius V. Rush – Charged with theft with intent to control property valuing between $500 and $10K. Rush was released on pretrial conditions. First appearance with counsel and a preliminary hearing is set for 08/21/2026.
