Christian County Court Records For 07/28/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 07/28/2026.

Paul E. Allen – Charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm. Allen appeared today in custody and has completed medical furlough. Court has found that a change of circumstance exists. Allen has been released on pretrial conditions. Pretrial is set for 08/28/2026.


Sara G. Anderson – Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. Anderson appeared in court today via ZOOM call and a pretrial was set for 09/18/2026.


Dustin R. Cline – Guilty of aggravated battery against a peace officer. Cline admitted petition to revoke, and his probation was terminated as unsuccessful. Cline has been now resentenced to 3 years in custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), with a time served credit of 123 days served. A financial sentencing order was also entered. 


Casey L. Conoway – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Pretrial is set for 09/24/2026.


Shelby D. Cook - Charged with a third aggravated DUI and an aggravated DUI on a suspended or revoked license. Mater reset for preliminary hearing on 08//20/2026.


Shane D. Farris – Guilty of violating an order of protection that was issued due to prior domestic battery and charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial hearing is set for 09/11/2026.


Caydin D. Gaddis – Charged with aggravated domestic battery. Gaddis appeared while in custody and was released on pretrial conditions. A review hearing is scheduled for 09/15/2026.


Nicholas D. Harris – Charged with robbery. Harris pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 2 years of probation, 4 days in the Christian County Jail with 2 days credit for time already served, and has been ordered to remain completely sober of alcohol or drugs and to stay away from bars.


Quentin J. McKittrick – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and meth delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams). McKittrick appeared via ZOOM call while in custody of the IDOC. Next hearing is scheduled for 09/15/2026.


Adam M. Passoni – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Pretrial is set for 09/24/2026.


Tanya Strong – Charged with reckless discharge of a firearm causing endangerment. Pretrial is set for 09/15/2026.


Alexis L. Wells – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 09/18/2026.


Ashley L. Rockford – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and receiving, selling, or possessing a stolen vehicle, . Pretrial set for 09/22/2026.


Mary M. Spencer – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60-years-old or older and obstruction of justice by leaving the state. The court found that Spencer was on pretrial release at the time of the alleged charges. The court also noted that Spencer called and made statements of a suicidal nature, which prompted a law enforcement response where Spencer was taken to the hospital, and attempted to flee. The court found that conditions, and a combination of conditions, will ensure public safety. Spencer was released on pretrial conditions with additional GPS monitoring and a requirement to undergo a mental health evaluation within seven days. Spencer must comply with all recommendations and take medications as prescribed. A HIPAA release is also to be signed over to Pretrial Services. Spencer is prohibited from consuming alcohol or illegal drugs and will be subject to random testing. The next pretrial hearing is scheduled for 10/06/2026.
