Jacquelyn R. Booker:  Defendant knowingly and voluntarily waives preliminary hearing. See written waiver. Defendant waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, and demands trial by jury. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 08/27/2024

Neil R. Hall: Status hearing scheduled for 08/09/2024

David E. Jones: Defendant fails to appear. Warrant to issue. Warrant stayed until June 21st. 

Brian L. Moses: pretrial release conditions order modified

Brooklynne M. Oliver: pretrial hearing continued to 08/27/2024

Tyrone A. Powszynski: By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 08/09/2024

Ashley E. Pults: Defendant fails to complete treatment and is ordered back into custody. Status hearing scheduled for 06/20/2024.

Boyd C. Shafer: Defendant sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, followed by six months of mandatory supervised release, to be served at the rate of 50%, with credit for time served of 94 days.
