Michael A. Bergland status hearing set for 12/8/25.

Charles W. Brandt.  Preliminary hearing set for 1/6/26. 

Casey L. Conoway pretrial set for 1/15/26. 

Joshua C. Hawthorne pretrial set for 1/23/26.

Wendy R. Haycraft.  Pleads guilty.  placed on 24 months 2nd chance probation, counseling and evaluations.  2 days served in Christian County Jail with day for day applied.  Fines and fees assessed. 

Kade Jones pretrial set for 1/6/26. 

Harley N. Logue.  Preliminary hearing set for 1/27/26.

Ashely N. Lowis.  Pretrial set for 2/6/26.  Defendant granted permission to leave state from 12/18-12/21. 

Alisha N. Manion.  Pretrial set for 1/8/26. 

Dawn Masterson pretrial set for 1/27/26. 

Jessie N. McConnell pretrial continued for 2/13/26

Jason T. Wright.  Matter reset for hearing 12/9/25 with preliminary hearing.  defendant ordered detained. 

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on Tuesday, December 2nd.  This list is not exclusive. 

Jonathan L. Cohan.  Pretrial hearing continued to 1/8/26. 

Timothy M. Hovis.  Pretrial hearing continued to 12/4/25. 

Patrick M. Motley.  Sentence hearing continued to 12/4/25.

Steven Tucker.  Negotiated plea presented and approved.  Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver.  Defendant sentenced to 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by one year of mandatory supervised release to be served at the rate of 50% with credit for time served of 371 days.
