The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 07/07/2026.

Matthew G. Beck – Charged with burglary, and meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Beck appeared in custody. Pretrial release was denied and the matter was reset for 07/08/2026.

Hailey J. Collins – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Collins appeared in custody today, waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty and demanded a trial by jury. Collins motion for pretrial release was granted, and pretrial is set for 08/20/2026.

Steven D. Kilcrease – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and driving on a revoked or suspended license. Matter reset for 11/04/2026.

Luke H. Lehman – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60-years-old or older. Lehman could not appear in court today due to being injured in a car crash and currently being in the hospital. The victim was present in the courtroom and requested that an order for protection remain in place. The order of protection was granted. A status hearing is set for 09/04/2026.

Shannon M. Stroisch – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 09/04/2026.
