Christian County Court Records For 06/25/2026

The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/25/2026.

Ashley M. Moehring – Charged with aggravated DUI on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/23/2026.

 

Ann L. Stafford – Guilty of Burglary, and charged with theft valued at or above $300. Stafford appeared today in custody of the Christian County Sheriff. Stafford waived formal arraignment and denies the allegations in the Amended Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 07/14/2026 for her new pending felony charge. Stafford was also sanctioned for failure to report for drug testing on 06/01/2026, and 06/02/2026. Stafford was sanctioned to 60 days in the county jail. Good time behavior act does not apply and she does receive credit for time previously served since 06/17/2026.

 

Shelby S. Afterburn – Charged with burglary. Afterburn appeared in custody, and was ordered to be released on the same pretrial conditions from a prior release. Pretrial is set for 07/30/2026.

 

Jimmy D. Abberley – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and theft valuing at or above $300. Order for detention remains in place, Status hearing set fore 07/09/2026.


Danny L. Gates – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60 years of age or older. Gates appeared via ZOOM call. Status hearing is set for 07/10/2026.

Erick W. Gudgel – Charged with theft valuing between $500 and $10K and possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Gudgel failed to appear in court today. A warrant was issued with no limits.


Faith A. Haines – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Appointed Public Defender Byron Sloan notified court that Haines was still in treatment. Status hearing is set for 07/10/2026.

 

Neil R. Hall – Charged with failure to register new residence within 3 days and violating the sex offender registry. Negotiations are pending following a 402 conference. Next court date is a pretrial set for 08/20/2026.

 

Joshua E. Hicks – Charged with theft valued at or less than $500. Petition to revoke and sentencing hearing is set for 07/30/2026.

 

Robert M. Hodson – Guilty of aggravated DUI resulting in a crash that caused a death. Hodson was granted additional continuance to file post trial pleadings. Status hearing is set for 08/25/2026.

 

Ashley N. Lowis – Charged with aggravated fleeing of the police at a speed of 21+ MPH over posted speed limit. Lowis appeared via ZOOM call. Lowis’ Pretrial condition violations report showed 20 violations, and GPS alarms reported 13 violations. State files a petition on sanctions. The petition on sanctions hearing is set for 06/30/2026.

 

Ruth A. Lozier – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Upon agreement, court date was set to in person hearing scheduled for 07/23/2026.

 

Daniel R. Martin – Charged with Aggravated DUI with no valid insurance. DUI evaluation is needed. Pretrial and possible plea hearing has been set for 08/20/2026.

 

Kaylee E. McQuire - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Upon agreement, court date was set to in person hearing scheduled for 07/23/2026.

 

Michael P. McNear – Charged with 3 counts of meth delivery (All less than 5 grams). A jury trial is set for 10/05/2026. Final pretrial has been scheduled for 08/13/2026.

 

Jeffrey R. Moreland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams).  Preliminary hearing is set for 07/27/2026.

 

Demarcus L. Richardson – Charged with Theft valued between $10K and $100K. Due to failure to provide sufficient evidence, the case was dismissed over no objection.

 

Layla K. Schuyler – Convicted of meth possession (Less than 5 grams), possession of a controlled substance, and aggravated battery in a public setting. Schuyler appeared in custody. Sentencing hearing is set for 08/11/2026.  Schuyler is ordered to remain in detention until sentencing.

 

Zoe M. Tap - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Tap fails to appear rendering the issue of a bench warrant covering Christian County and the surrounding areas.

 

Christopher J. Wessling – Guilty of 2 counts of criminal sexual assault against a victim between the ages of 13 and 17-years-old, and charged with 5 counts of criminal sexual assault of a victim age 5-years-old or older. Wessling is no longer in custody, no notice was issued for his appearance in court today however a notice to appear was issued for a hearing set for 07/30/2026.

Christian County Court Records For 06/22/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/22/2026.

Brian m grove – Charged with 2 counts of manufacturing, possessing, and disseminating child sexual abuse materials. Grove is also charged with production of child pornography. Grove appeared in custody for his motion hearing today via ZOOM video call, and gave a motion for his release. Court hears the arguments from Grove and noted that there was an arrest warrant issued for Grove. Grove attempted to surrender himself and tried reporting to jail and was denied admission due to alleged medical conditions. Court found that Grove had not been properly evaluated by jail and ordered that Grove be taken into custody, and that the jail conduct further evaluation if deemed necessary.

 

Adam L. Dilley Guilty of two different criminal sexual assault charges and also charged with two other criminal sexual assault charges as well as charge of aggravated sexual assault resulting in bodily injury. Dilley appeared today over ZOOM video call from custody of the Illinois Department Of Corrections. Dilley was experiencing audio issues and was not able to be heard. A new in person writ to issue is set for 07/14/2026. Dilley remains in IDOC Custody.

 

Aaron D. Fitzgerald – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/31/2026. 

 

Kevin E. Greene - Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/31/2026.

 

Allen E. Paul – Charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm. Paul appeared today while in custody, waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 07/17/2026. order for detention continues.

 

Dustin R. Cline – Charged with $500 - $10k of criminal damage to a school and a new charge of concealing and aiding a fugitive. Cline appeared today while in custody, court hears arguments from Cline, and finds that Cline was on pretrial conditions at the time of the new offense being committed. Court also found probable cause to detain. First appearance with counsel and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for 07/21/2026.

 

Drew M. Collins – Charged with criminal damage to property totaling between $500 and $10k. Collins failed to appear in court today. Collins’ attorney had made contact with him earlier this morning, and a new court date has been scheduled for 07/31/2026.

 

Caydin D. Gaddis – Charged with aggravated domestic battery. Gaddis is currently in inpatient treatment. New court appearance is a pretrial set for 07/17/2026.

 

Richard E. Howerton – Charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon. Howerton’s matter has been continued to 06/23/2026. Howerton was order to be detained.

 

Bryant J. Klee – Charged with aggravated battery against a minor less than 12-years-old causing permanent disability. Matter reset for status the morning of 06/23/2026 with the remaining final pretrial set to take place that afternoon.


Kenneth L. Kuhn – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Kuhn appeared in custody, Court finds probable cause for detainment. First appearance with counsel and a preliminary hearing jis set for 07/17/2026.

 

Thomas E. Lawrence - Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams). Lawrence appeared in custody and a pretrial was set for 07/14/2026. Order for detention continues.

 

Waylon M. Thompson – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim 60-years-old or older. Pretrial is set for 08/07/2026.

 

Michael Webb – Charged with retail theft and escaping through the emergency exit. Currently booked into Macon County Jail. Counsel only status hearing is set for 07/07/2026.

 

Regina A. Poindexter - Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Poindexter appeared in court today via ZOOM and notified the court that she couldn’t be present for court today. Hearing and all subpoenas continued to in person hearing set for 08/18/2026. 

Christian County Court Records for 06/16/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/16/2026.

Justin L. Huddlestun – Charged with 2 counts of predatory criminal sexual assault. Huddlestun appeared in court today while in custody. The court hears the argument from Huddlestun and Public Defender Tiffany Senger. The court found Huddlestun to still pose a significant risk to the victims, and no condition or combination of conditions would help to avoid that risk. Huddlestun is ordered to remain under detention.


Paul E. Allen – Charged with domestic battery resulting in bodily harm. Allen appeared in custody. The court found probable cause for detention and ordered that Allen remain in custody. Matter is now set for a status hearing scheduled for 06/18/2026.


Michael O. Beck – Charged with unlawful restraint, aggravated domestic battery through strangulation, 3 counts of meth possession (Both less than 5 grams), 2 counts of meth delivery (between 15 and 100 grams), Beck appeared via ZOOM call today while in Illinois Department of Corrections custody. Pretrial is set for 07/31/2026.


Chris R. Carnahan – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm, meth possession, and burglary. Pretrial set for 07/31/2026.


Mitchell R. Chapman – Charged with 2 counts of burglary, 3 counts of theft valuing between $10K and $100K, and burglary without causing damage. Chapman pleaded guilty to Count 1 of Burglary, and the plea deal dismissed and cleared him of all other counts. Sentenced to 14 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections custody credit time of 414 days served concurrent to three other sentences that Chapman is currently serving.


Daniel S. Dailey – Charged with failure to report a change of residential address or employment address. Dailey pleads not guilty and demands a trial by jury. Jury trial is set for 07/31/2026. 


Dayton L. Durbin – Charged with aggravated battery in a public place and criminal damage to government property. Next appearance is pretrial set for 08/11/2026, followed by the final pretrial set for 08/25/2026.


Daniel J. Endres – Charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault against a minor younger than 18. Pretrial is set for 07/27/2026.


Matthew D. Fallacaro – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is scheduled for 07/20/2026. 


Lorenzo C. Harper – Guilty of possession or sale of a stolen vehicle. A pretrial is set for 07/31/2026.


Charity A. Jackson-Whitted – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Jackson-Whitted chooses not to hire or appoint counsel and requests time to speak with the state. Pretrial is set for 08/06/2026.


Briar D. Samson – Charged with burglary and meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 07/31/2026.


Lester G. Ward – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Ward was ordered to be released due to a negative urine sample. Pretrial set for 06/23/26.


Stephanie L. Weaver – Charged with criminal trespass on residential property with persons present. Preliminary hearing is set for 07/23/2026.

Christian County Court Records for 06/15/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/15/2026.

Brian M. Grove – Charged with criminal sexual assault against a victim under the age of 18, possession, dissemination of child sexual abuse materials, and reproduction of child pornography. Due to medical concerns, it was investigated again if the Christian County Jail could handle his medical needs, and if Grove was cleared medically to be detained. Investigation shows that the jail can handle the required medical needs and can provide the required services as well. Grove has also been medically cleared to be detained at the Christian County Jail. Order of detention continues. Pretrial is scheduled for 07/16/2026. Court to vacate this setting on 06/18/2026.

 

Danny R. Stanberry – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next hearing will be a possible plea set for 07/24/2026.


Lyndsay S. Cooper – Charged with aggravated DUI. Cooper appeared via ZOOM Call. A 402 Conference followed by a pretrial is scheduled for 07/24/2026.


Christopher W.  Barnes – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Barnes is currently held in custody by the Illinois Department of Corrections.  An in-person appearance is set for 07/16/2026.


Payton D. Farris – Charged with meth possession (5 to 15 grams). Farris appeared in court via ZOOM call from rehab. A pretrial on status hearing is set for 06/17/26.


Shane D. Farris – Charged with violation of a domestic battery issued order of protection, as well as meth possession (Less than 5 grams). First appearance with counsel will take place on 07/28/2026.


Royal D. Jackson – Charged with armed violence, possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon without a FOID card. Jackson was denied treatment court; a jury trial is scheduled for 08/03/2026, with the final pretrial scheduled for 07/21/2026. Order for detention remains in effect.


Anna Wolf – Charged with theft valued between $500 and $10K. Wolf is currently in custody at the Sangamon County Jail. Status hearing is scheduled for 06/30/26.


Caydin D. Gaddis – Charged with aggravated domestic battery. Gaddis appeared in custody.  A motion to deny pretrial release was filed and approved by the court. Gaddis will be evaluated for treatment and furloughed if approved. A no-contact order was set in place as well. Next appearance will be 06/28/2026.


Brittney L. Melvin – Charged with theft valued between $500 and $10K. Melvin appeared via ZOOM call, and a pretrial was scheduled for 07/31/2026.


Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with meth possession and possession of a controlled substance. Controlled substance charge was dismissed as per the plea agreement of “Guilty” to the meth possession charge. Spracklen was sentenced to 42 days in the Christian County Jail, credit 21 days served, 24 months of probation with mandatory evaluations and counseling, and warrantless searches. Spracklen was ordered released as the sanction is modified and has now been completed. No further settings.

 

Lester G. Ward – Charged with meth possession. Due to a violation of pretrial conditions, Ward was taken into custody today to serve a 10-day sanction in Christian County Jail. The next hearing will be a status hearing scheduled for 06/23/2026.
 

Christian County Court Records For 06/12/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/12/2626.

Austin W. Cox – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/28/2026. 

 

Christina L. Woestman – Charged with meth delivery (between 15 and 100 grams). Woestman appeared in court today while in custody. Pretrial is now set for 07/17/2026, and Woetsman was ordered to remain in custody.  

 

Austin L. Mayes – Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer and attempting to disarm a police officer. State withdraws a petition to revoke, and owed financial balances have been declared uncollectible. Mayes has been civilly committed. No further settings have been scheduled. 

 

Faith A. Haines – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Haines was ordered to furlough to inpatient treatment, and is ordered to return to jail upon completion of furlough. Next appearance is set for 06/25/2026. 

 

Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and possession of a controlled substance. Court finds that Spracklen was on pretrial release and violated her orders by testing positive. Spracklen has been sanctioned to 7 days in Christian County Jail and court will review her sanction on 06/15/2026. 

 

Jimmy D. Abberley – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and theft valued at $300. Abberley appeared today while in custody and requested attendance at the Oxford House Sober Living Facility. Abberley filed his certificate of completion and acceptance. Court does not find successful completion of inpatient treatment and raises a change of circumstance. Status hearing is set for 06/25/2026. 

 

Stephanie Bailey – Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 07/17/2026. 

 

George T. Bailey – Guilty of domestic battery causing bodily harm, meth possession, and aggravated assault of a peace officer. Pretrial is set for 06/26/2026. 

 

Brandon L. Kay – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams).  Pretrial is scheduled for 07/31/2026.

 

Brian M. Grove – Charged with possession, reproduction, and dissemination of child sexual abuse materials, as well as the creation and reproduction of child pornography. Grove now also has additional charges of criminal sexual assault against a minor on top of an additional criminal sexual assault charge. Macoupin County State's Attorney and Christian County State’s Attorney have discussed this matter, and Macoupin County will also file charges against him, considering the sexual assaults happened in Macoupin County, and the child sexual abuse materials matter happened in Christian County. The state asks the court for Grove to be detained. Motion to detain was granted. Status hearing is set for 06/15/2026.

Phillip W. Law - Charged with meth possession and delivery (Between 100 and 400 grams). Law will remain detained, and pretrial is set for 06/29/2026.

 

Gregory Lee Miller - charged with aggravated DUI. Lee pleaded not guilty and demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 08/14/2026.

 

Jacob L. Stephens - Charged with aggravated DUI with no valid driver's license and aggravated fleeing. Pretrial is set for 07/23/2026.

 

Jennifer L. Beck - Charged with  4 counts of meth delivery (between 5 and 15 grams).Beck failed to appear today and was noticed to appear in person on 06/18/2026.

 

Rebecca A. Burke - Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Burke will now be pending a drug court referral, is ordered to remain detained, and pretrial is set for 07/09/2026.

 

Casey L. Conoway -Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Pretrial is set for 07/28/2026.

 

Tiffany J. Coverstone - Charged with meth delivery (between 15 and 100 grams). Pretrial is set for 07/23/2026.

 

Donald R. Felton - Charged with manufacturing and delivering cocaine (between 1 and 15 grams). 
Plea hearing is set for 06/18/2026.

 

Amanda D. Johanningmeier - Charged with criminal trespassing on residential property with persons present theft valued between $500 and $10K, . 402 conference is schedueld for 06/29/2026, Court will vacate the 06/23/2026 and 07/06/2026 settings with delay to Johanningmeier.

 

Adam M. Passoni - Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Pretrial is set 07/28/2026.

 

Craig S. Schleyhan - Charged with Burglary, and theft of property valued between $500 and $10K. Pretrial is set for 07/27/2026.

 

William J. Shryock - Charged with aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm with no FCCA or FOID card and theft valued less than or equal to $500. Pretrial is set for 07/23/2026.

 

Lorna A. Smith - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Per plea deal, the case was dismissed and GPS monitoring was ordered to be removed.

 

Amber N. Spracklen - Charged with posession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and possession of a controlled substance. Negotiated ple deal was rejected due to a positive drug test. Spracklen was taken into custody.  Matter now reset for 06/12/2026.

 

Christopher Tucker - Charged with manufacturing and delivering cannabis (5,000+ grams), possession of meth (Between 5 and 15 greams), as well as posession of cannabis (5,000+ grams). Tucker pleaded guilty to count three (Cannabis possession), dismissing counts 1 and 2 (Meth possession, and manufacturing and delivering cannabis). Financial sentencing orderd a restitution of $8,915 is to be paid, and Tucker was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation with random testing.

 

Maurice L. White - Charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. Pretrial is set for 07/16/2026.

 

Todd W. Stockton - Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. Status hearing is set for 08/14/2026.

Bryant J. Klee – Charged with aggravated battery against a child younger than 13-years-old resulting in permanent disability. Matter reset for review on 06/18/2026. Order of detention will remain in effect.

 

Jonathan M. Krouse – Charged with Meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and criminal damage to property valuing between $500 and $10K, meth delivery, and meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 06/29/2026

 

Lester G. Ward – Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Ward spent time in Oxford House rehabilitation in Decatur, and asked to push his sentencing hearing from June 15th to today. Defense asked if the order for him to remain at the oxford House be revoked. Defense asked if Ward can be placed on pretrial conditions until his next hearing with random testing and court supervision. Ward was released from furlough and pretrial release conditions were approved by the court. Status and pretrial services hearing is set for 06/15/2026.

 

Kyle B. Parks – Charged with criminal sexual assault through use of force. Parks appeared in custody today and was released on the pretrial conditions of GPS home confinement (House arrest) and no contact with the victim or her residence. Parks waived a formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty. Parks also demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial is now set for 07/23/2026

 

Quinton D. Wallace – Charged with reckless conduct resulting in great bodily harm, matter reset for 07/23/2026.
 

Christian County Court Records For 06-08-26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/08/2026.

Tyler L. Engelhart – Charged with meth possession, being a felon in possession of a firearm, armed violence, burglary, and pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. In today’s court hearing, Engelhart pleaded guilty to meth possession, felon in possession of a weapon; however no judgment of conviction. Pursuant to a negotiated plea, Engelhart will not have any further settings, and a petition to revoke has been withdrawn by the state.

 

Larry N. Brummet – Charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon. Brummet appeared today while in custody. Brummet and his defense attempted to prove a change of circumstance, which court today did not find to exist as the offense is non-probationable. Brummet was allegedly in possession of a spring-loaded knife, and was deemed to be dangerous to the surrounding community as a whole.

 

Carmen S. Carlock – Charged with violation of an order of protection issued from a prior domestic battery case. Matter has now been set for a preliminary hearing on 07/09/2026. Prompt preliminary hearing was waived.

 

Ashley S. Conaway – Charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. A psychiatric evaluation was filed on 04/28/2026. Status hearing is set for 07/13/2026.

 

Robert C. Divine – Charged with retail theft valued at or equal to $300. Divine failed to appear in court today because he is in custody at the Macon County Jail. A prior issued bench warrant was quashed, and a notice to appear in court on 07/17/2026 was issued.

 

Brian K. Durbin JR – Charged with violating the sex offender registry. Durbin waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded trial by jury. Pretrial is on 07/24/2026.

 

Alexis I. Givens –  Guilty of meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and charged with meth delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams). Givens appeared in court while in custody. Givens argues a change of circumstance of which court did not find to exist. The order of detention is to continue. Given’s next appearance will be a pretrial set for 07/17/2026.

 

Debra D. Harris – Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial has been set for 07/24/2026.

 

Christa L. Kelly – Charged with  possession and delivery of meth between 5 and 15 grams. Kelly waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded a trial by jury. Pretrial is set for 07/17/2026.

Brock T. Morris – Charged with aggravated DUI while on a revoked license. Morris waived a formal arraignment and demanded a jury trial. Pretrial only is set for 08/11/2026.

 

Kyle T. Adler – Guilty of aggravated battery against a peace officer. Adler was on probation, which ended unsuccessfully. The pretrial hearing has been withdrawn, and Adler has been remanded to Shelby County—no further settings.

 

Larry N. Brummet – Charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon. Probable cause was found. Formal reading was waived, and the state has filed a motion for discovery. A jury trial was demanded. Next appearance will be pretrial only, scheduled for 07/13/2026.

 

Brent Crockett – Charged with residential burglary. Discovery investigation has been completed, Admonishment on appeal on detention was given, and pretrial is set for 06/23/2026.

 

Joseph D. Mays – Charged with 4 counts of document forgery and delivery, and guilty of 1 of those 4 counts. First appearance with counsel is set for 07/27/2026

Shawn T. Bartel – Charged with attempted arson against personal property. Matter was reset to 07/09/2026 for a pre-trial and possible plea. Bartel currently works in Indiana. Bartel was advised that if need be he can appear in court via ZOOM call for pretrial and as long as plea paperwork is completed and turned in, ZOOM is also authorized for plea hearing.


Andrew S. Carver – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended drivers license. Carver appeared while in Illinois Department of Corrections custody. Matter was reset to 07/13/2026.

 

Matthew A. Crowder – Charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. A global resolution is  currently in negotiations. Matter has been reset for 07/16/2026.

 

Vance L. Gibson – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and felon in possession of a weapon. Gibson appeared in custody. Matter has been reset for a possible plea hearing set to take place on 06/18/2026. For now, Gibson will remain in detention and also had his right to appeal admonished.

 

Brandi S. Kay - Charged with meth delivery (Between 5 and 15 grams).  Drug court referral is pending, Pretrial is continued. Mater reset for 07/23/2026.

 

Kyle B. Parks – Charged with criminal sexual assault through force. Parks appeared in custody today, matter was reset for pretrial, set to take place on 06/09/2026.

Rusty L. Tolly – Charged with aggravated assault with use of a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property totaling up to but not more than $500, 2 counts of violating an order for protection, and  possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Preliminary hearing set for 06/16/2026.

 

Hailey J. Collins – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Collins waived a speedy preliminary and is now set for a preliminary hearing to be held on 06/26/2026.

 

Ryan J. Durbin – Guilty of violation of an order for protection, and charged with a second count of violating an order of protection. Durbin also has been charged with violation of the sex offender registry. Durbin demanded a jury trial be held and a pretrial is now set for 07/24/2026.

 

Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and possession of a controlled substance. Plea has yet to be reached and a plea bargain is still in the works, possible plea hearing is now moved to 06/11/2026.

Carl L. Gray – Charged with theft of property exceeding a total value of $500 but not more than $10K and possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). First appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing is set on 06/23/2026.

 

Bryant J. Klee – Charged with aggravated battery against a child younger than 13-years-old, resulting in permanent disability. Pretrial is set for 09/09/2026 and an order for detention remains in effect.

 

Bradley L. Wiseman – Charged with damage of property equal to or over $500. Next court appearance is set for 06/18/2026.

 

William C. Wanless – Charged with possession of child pornography. Wanless pleaded guilty. Sentenced to 2 consecutive 7 year terms in Illinois Department of Corrections. (IDOC) 354 Days credited, as Wanless has been in Christian County Jail since June of last year.
