Jacob W. Garrett: Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court, whereby
Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. No judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to two years first offender probation, 20 days in jail with credit for 10 days served, and he is assessed at $750 fine plus assessments.

Brad D. Tolen:   Defendant sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, followed by six months mandatory supervised release, to be served at the rate of 50%, with credit for time served of 146 days. Defendant ordered to pay a $750 fine plus assessments.

Matthew W. Hoover, the defendant pleads guilty to unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, a Class X felony.  The defendant was sentenced to ten years in IDOC, followed by 18 months of mandatory supervised release to be served at the rate of 50% with credit for 71 days served.  

Jeremy T. Stark Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of aggravated battery (Count I). Defendant sentenced to two years treatment or probation (Drug court)
