The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on Monday September 30th.

Matthew L. Mcintyre appeared in court. Status set for discovery review. Case continued for PTR Problem solving court status set for November 12th.

Paul Scribner appeared in court. Case continued until October 31st.

Randall Smith appeared in court. Bond set at $10,000.  Preliminary hearing set for October 29th.

Christopher Morganson appeared in court. No contact order dropped. 

Andrew Denton appeared in court. First appearance with public defender set for November 1st.

Scarlet Farlow appeared in court. Farlow pleads guilty. Receives 2 years probation, standard terms and conditions, $500 fine (total owed to State ($3956) 18 days CCJ w/ credit for 9 served. Day for day does apply.
