The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on September 9th:

Lucas R. Cohan appeared in court. Pretrial set for October 21st.

Cleat A. Davis appeared in court. Plea agreement reached. 24 months probation. 10 days with 5 days served but day to day applied. Fines and fees and assessments set at $4,421.  All other charges dropped. 

Carl J. Fisher appeared in court. PTR issued. First appearance with the public defender set for October 31st. 

Molly J. Grigsby fails to appear. Court informed of health issues.  Notice to appear set for November 8th.

Anthony M. Holmes appeared in court. First appearance with counsel set for October 11th.

Keirsty M. Hughes appeared in court. Public defender appointed. First appearance with the public defender set for October 10th. 

Dawn R. Masterson appeared in court. No council was chosen. Will represent themselves. Status scheduled for September 13th for time for the defendant to speak to state.

Skyler J. Myers appeared in court. Status set for continuation on October 7th.

Michael Durbin appeared in court. No agreement met. October 11th, 2019 next continuation. Trial set for November 4th.

Delaney Dilley does not appear. Motion granted however in her favor to drop no-contact order.
