The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/30/2026.

Maria D Gibbs – Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $10K and $100K.

Marcus R. Ivy – Charged with burglary without causing damage. Ivy is currently in custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections. 

Jordan J. Monroe – Charged with false personation and unlawful restraint. Pretrial is set for 07/16/2026.

Tobey M. Henson – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Next appearance is 08/31/2026.

Bradley E. Martin – Charged with three separate counts of predatory criminal sexual assault against a victim under the age of 13-years-old. Martin appeared in custody. A hearing on the state’s motion to introduce hearsay will take place on 07/13/2026 and a second hearing will take place on 07/14/2026. Martin will remain in custody as an order for detention continues.

Anna Wolf – Charged with theft valued between $500 and $10K. Wolf appeared via ZOOM call. Pretrial is set for 08/21/2026.

Nicholas A. Medina – Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer. Pretrial set for 08/21/2026.

David A. Wagenblast - Charged with retail theft valuing less than $300. Pretrial is set for 07/16/2026.
