The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/29/2026.

Amanda D. Johanningmeier – Charged with criminal trespass to residence with person present, meth possession (Less than 5 grams), and theft valuing between $500 and $10K. Johanningmeier appeared to court in custody and completed a 402 conference. A motion to continue was granted. Next appearance will take place 7/23/2026. Order of detention continues.

Jonathan Krouse – Charged with domestic battery with other prior incidents, criminal damage to property valuing between $500 and $10K, meth delivery and meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Krouse appeared in court while in custody, waives formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty, and demanded trial by jury. A motion for furlough to treatment was granted, and a court order for evaluation for treatment and assistance in finding inpatient treatment was issued. Pretrial is set for 08/20/2026 and an order of detention remains in effect.

Phillip W. Law – Charged with meth possession (Between 100 and 400 grams) and meth delivery (Between 100 and 400 grams). Law appeared in court while in custody. A motion to continue was granted and the order for detention continues. Next court appearance will take place on 08/13/2026.
