George T. Bailey – Guilty of domestic battery causing bodily harm and also guilty and aggravated assault of a peace officer. Matter reset for 07/06/2026.


Andrew L. Calvert – Guilty of being responsible for a motor vehicle crash causing death. First appearance with counsel is set for 08/18/2026.


Timothy P. Carlock – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 08/18/2026.


Hailey J. Collins –  Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Collins appeared via ZOOM call from inpatient treatment. Matter reset for preliminary hearing on 07/07/2026.

 

Robert E. Gray - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial set for 08/17/2026.


Richard E. Howerton – Charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon. Howerton appeared in custody. Court reviews a statement from Howerton who says he is a caretaker for his mother and another friend in the residence. Court finds that there is in come health care 5 days a week and deems this to be of no change in circumstances. Order of detention will remain in place. Preliminary hearing is set for 07/10/2026.


Mason R. Hunnicut - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial on 08/04/2026.


Steven D. Leonard – Charged with aggravated DUI. Pretrial is on 08/14/2026.


Brian J. Mundhenke -Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer. Pretrial is set for
08/21/2026.


John R. Vanhorn – Charged with retail theft. Pretrial is set for 08/21/2026.

 

Stephen M Waggoner - Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for
08/21/2026.

 

Geraldine Wickliffe – Charged with obstruction of justice via destruction of evidence. Pretrial is set for 08/20/2026.

 

Wyatt L. Cain – Charged with aggravated DUI resulting in a crash that rendered bodily harm.  Pretrial is set for 07/27/2026.
