Christian County Court Records For 06/12/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 06/12/2626. 

 

This list is NOT exclusive. 

 

Austin W. Cox – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. Pretrial is set for 07/28/2026. 

 

Christina L. Woestman – Charged with meth delivery (between 15 and 100 grams). Woestman appeared in court today while in custody. Pretrial is now set for 07/17/2026, and Woetsman was ordered to remain in custody.  

 

Austin L. Mayes – Charged with aggravated battery against a peace officer and attempting to disarm a police officer. State withdraws a petition to revoke, and owed financial balances have been declared uncollectible. Mayes has been civilly committed. No further settings have been scheduled. 

 

Faith A. Haines – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Haines was ordered to furlough to inpatient treatment, and is ordered to return to jail upon completion of furlough. Next appearance is set for 06/25/2026. 

 

Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and possession of a controlled substance. Court finds that Spracklen was on pretrial release and violated her orders by testing positive. Spracklen has been sanctioned to 7 days in Christian County Jail and court will review her sanction on 06/15/2026. 

 

Jimmy D. Abberley – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and theft valued at $300. Abberley appeared today while in custody and requested attendance at the Oxford House Sober Living Facility. Abberley filed his certificate of completion and acceptance. Court does not find successful completion of inpatient treatment and raises a change of circumstance. Status hearing is set for 06/25/2026. 

 

Stephanie Bailey – Charged with meth delivery (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial is set for 07/17/2026. 

 

George T. Bailey – Guilty of domestic battery causing bodily harm, meth possession, and aggravated assault of a peace officer. Pretrial is set for 06/26/2026. 

 

Brandon L. Kay – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams).  Pretrial is scheduled for 07/31/2026.

 

Brian M. Grove – Charged with possession, reproduction, and dissemination of child sexual abuse materials, as well as the creation and reproduction of child pornography. Grove now also has additional charges of criminal sexual assault against a minor on top of an additional criminal sexual assault charge. Macoupin County State's Attorney and Christian County State’s Attorney have discussed this matter, and Macoupin County will also file charges against him, considering the sexual assaults happened in Macoupin County, and the child sexual abuse materials matter happened in Christian County. The state asks the court for Grove to be detained. Motion to detain was granted. Status hearing is set for 06/15/2026.
