Christian County Court Records For 05/08/26

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 05/08/2026

Marco A. Anderson – Charged with aggravated DUI with a suspended or revoked license. Anderson did not appear today but is currently in Sangamon County jail. The court anticipates a DOC Plea to be done at the Sangamon County jail. Matter now reset for 08/07/2026.

 

Sara G. Anderson – Charged with criminal damage to property valued between $500 and $10K. Anderson failed to appear in court today; a notice to appear has been sent out. Next appearance is set for 06/18/2026.

 

Eric J. Flaherty – Charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. A no-contact order has been put in place against the victim. Flaherty will be on a 12-month probation as well as 14 days in jail with no day for day. There will be a credit for the 4 days that have already been served. $500 is ordered to be paid as restitution.

 

Brian L. Moses – Charged with aggravated DUI with a suspended or revoked license and driving on a revoked license (2nd offense). Matter reset for a plea hearing scheduled for 07/13/2026 with a status of counsel only.

 

Ashley L. Rockford – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and possessing stolen property. Admonishment on Abstentia was given, and a partial plea of guilty was given. Pretrial on sentencing and a status hearing on remaining charges is set for 06/12/2026.

 

Amber N. Spracklen – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams) and also with possession of a controlled substance. Spraklen did not appear in court today. The court anticipates that she is currently in rehab. Next court date is set for 05/15/2026.

 

Joseph A. Leckner – Charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. The court today revoked his pretrial release, found clear and convincing evidence that a detainable offense has occurred. The court also found Leckner to be a danger and/or threat to the community. and set a pretrial for 07/13/2026. Leckner will return to and remain in jail for now.
