The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 05/26/2026.

Quentin J. McKittrick – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) and meth delivery (Between 15 and 100 grams). 402 Conference set for 07/14/20206 with pretrial set for 07/28/2026.
Jeffrey R. Moreland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). First appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing set for 06/25/2026.
Kristi A. Bland – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next appearance is set for 07/16/2026.
Mitchell R. Chapman – charged with 2 counts of burglary, one count of burglary without causing damage, 1 count of escaping and violating GPS monitoring and three counts of theft of property valuing between $10K and $100K. Chapman did not appear but is in custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections. Video writ to issue is set for 06/16/2026
Michael W. Emery – Charged with Aggravated battery against a peace officer as well as manufacturing and delivering cannabis. Next court appearance is a pretrial set for 07/21/2026.
Daniel J. Endres – Charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault against a victim under the age of 18, act committed as a trusted adult to the victim. Pretrial set for 06/16/2026
Ashlyn N. Hrabak – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams) manufacturing and delivering cannabis, criminal damage to property totaling between $500 and $10K, and burglary. Case dismissed per plea agreement.
Brandon L. Kay – Charged with meth possession (Less than 5 grams). Next court appearance is set for 06/12/2026
Bryant J. Klee – Charged with aggravated battery against a victim younger than 13-years-old causing permanent disability. Matter reset for 06/01/2026
Katelyn A. Melvin – Use of deadly weapon in aggravated battery committed against a victim 60-years of age or older. Next appearance is 07/20/2026.
Amber R. Spracklen – charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of meth (Meth less than 5 grams). Hearing on possible plea has been set for 06/02/2026.
William C. Wanless – Charged with possession, reproduction, and distribution of child pornography, also known as child sexual abuse materials (CSAM’s). Order of detention shall continue and the matter has been reset to 06/01/2026.
Cale R. Sexson – Charged with aggravated battery against a merchant and theft or displacement of merchandise valuing over $300. Sentencing hearing was on 05/07/2026 and the matter was reset for today (05/26/2026). Sexson’s probation was revoked, and terminated. Sentenced to 120 days in Christian County Jail. Day for day good time applies with a mittimus stayed until 5/27/2026. Sexson has been admonished as to failure to report and was given appeal rights.
