Christian County Court Records For 03/27/26

The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on Friday, March 27th.
This list is not exclusive.

 

Adam K. Cherry – Charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license, retail theft (Over $300), and found guilty of meth possession. Cherry appeared today and pre-trial was set for 05/12/2026. Cherry is currently attending inpatient treatment.

 

Maria D. Gibbs – Charged with criminal damage totaling $10K - $100K. Gibbs is currently involuntarily in a medical facility. Status hearing set for 04/30/2026.

 

Neil R. Hall – Guilty of a violation of the sex offender registry. The violation is failing to register new address with the sex offender registry. After reviewing medical report by Dr. Killion, Court observed Hall’s demeanor and manner in court and finds that Hall is now fit to stand trial. Hall made a motion for release. Parties stipulated to testimony of the jail nurse that his mental condition has stabilized and Hall is taking his medication. Court found change of circumstance based on Hall’s mental health prognosis Hall was released on the pretrial conditions of GPS monitoring, no drugs or alcohol with random testing. Pretrial set for 04/02/2026.

 

Shane P. Hargis – Charged with aggravated battery of a victim aged 60+. Hargis waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment. Hargis pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury. Matter set for hearing on petition for sanction scheduled to take place on 04/02/2026.

 

Daylynn M. Hill – Charged with aggravated battery in a public place. Hill will remain in custody. Pretrial is set for 05/15/2026 followed by a bench trial set for 06/04/2026.

 

Ashlyn N. Hrabak – Charged with Burglary and manufacturing and delivering cannabis. Hrabak will remain under order for detention and stay in custody. Hrabak will also be screened by Restoration Farms for inpatient treatment eligibility. Status hearing is set for 04/10/2026.

 

Phillip W. Law – Charged with Possession of and delivery of meth (between 100 and 400 grams) Law will remain in custody under order of detention. First appearance is set for 04/09/2026.

 

Daniel R. Martin – Charged with aggravated DUI with no valid insurance. Martin appeared today via ZOOM call and a status of preliminary hearing is set for 04/24/2026.


Austin L. Mayes – Charged with 1 count of attempting to disarm a police officer, 2 counts of aggravated battery against a police officer, 1 count of home invasion causing injury, and 1 count of domestic battery involving bodily harm. Mayes is currently in custody of the Department of Human Services and could not appear today. A writ to issue for an in person appearance was filed. Next court appearance will take place on 05/11/2026.

 

Brian J. Mundhenke – Charged with aggravated battery against a police officer, aggravated battery against a pregnant or handicapped person, and possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Pretrial has been reset for 04/09/2026

 

Brandon E. Rhodes – Charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Order of Detention to remain in effect. Pretrial set for 04/07/2026.

 

Robert N. Roark – Charged with Burglary. Roark will remain in Illinois Department Of Corrections custody. Matter reset for plea hearing on 05/01/2026.


Andre C. Snow – Charged with aggravated battery of a police officer. Pretrial set for 04/27/2026.

 

Jaydin F. Snow – Pleads guilty to possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), phone harassment, and Meth Delivery (Less than 5 grams). Order to follow probationary conditions will remain in effect. Status hearing set for 03/31/2026.


Tamara M. Stevens – Charged with possession of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a weapon. Treatment Court Referral is pending. Status hearing is set for 04/24/2026.


Charles K. Wafford – Charged with possession of meth (Less than 5 grams). Wafford was released from custody on pretrial conditions. First appearance and preliminary hearing both set for 05/15/2026.

 

George T. Bailey – Found guilty of aggravated domestic assault by strangulation, domestic Battery causing serious bodily harm (2nd offense) possession of meth (Less than 5 grams), and Aggravated assault against a police officer, ER, or fire department worker. Pretrial set for 05/01/2026.
