The following court cases were heard in Christian County on April 14th. 

Justin Bland An agreement is in place. Further pretrial and possible plea set for April 18th.  

David Droke First appearance with counsel set for May 29th. 

Michael Emery defendent in custody with new charges.  Motion to detain is denied. pretrial conditions include home confinement.  Preliminary hearing set for April 29th.
