Jeremy P. Cagle: Defendant fails to appear. Warrant to issue 

Jarad K. Challans: status hearing on 05/31/2024 at 10 AM.

Denny D Durbin: Appearance/counsel set for 06/18/2024

James Eiskant: Pre-trial set for 05/24/2024

Jacob W. Garrett: Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court, whereby
Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. No judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to two years first offender probation, 20 days in jail with credit for 10 days served, and he is assessed at $750 fine plus assessments.

Chance Hobbs: Pre-trial set for 06/21/2024

Philippe Rogers: Pre-trial set for 06/24/2024

Boyd C. Shafer: further pretrial hearing scheduled for 4-26-24 at 11 a.m.

Brad D. Tolen:   Defendant sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, followed by six months mandatory supervised release, to be served at the rate of 50%, with credit for time served of 146 days. Defendant ordered to pay a $750 fine plus assessments.

Clint A. Varese:     PTR/First appear set for 07/23/2024

Bill J. Ward: Final pre-trial set for 06/18/2024, jury trial set for 07/01/2024

Theodore W. Workman: Preliminary hearing set for 05/10/2024
