The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on Tuesday, December 2nd.  This list is not exclusive. 

Jonathan L. Cohan.  Pretrial hearing continued to 1/8/26. 

Timothy M. Hovis.  Pretrial hearing continued to 12/4/25. 

Patrick M. Motley.  Sentence hearing continued to 12/4/25.

Steven Tucker.  Negotiated plea presented and approved.  Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver.  Defendant sentenced to 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by one year of mandatory supervised release to be served at the rate of 50% with credit for time served of 371 days.
