Jeremy Cagle appears. Defendant is approved for a furlough to attend inpatient substance abuse treatment upon the availability of a bed, and shall receive credit for the jail sentence for the time spent in treatment. 

Kevin Hendricker apppears.  Defendant's probation sentence revoked and the Defendant re-sentenced to one year in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by four years of mandatory supervised release with credit for time served 54 days. Bond to apply. 

Jeremy Beard appears. Pleads guilty to unlawful possession of meth. Defendant sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections to be served at the rate of 50% with one year mandatory supervised release afterwards. Credit for time served of 558 days.
