Christian County Court Cases 09/10/21

The following court cases were heard on Friday in front of Judge Brad Paisley:

 

Randy Aymer appears. Negotiated plea set for September 30th.

 

George Bailey appears. Hearing to modify bond. Defendant released on own recognizance. Pretrial set for September 27th. 

 

Jacob Banning appears. Petition to modify bond. No bond conditions change. Defendant released from custody. Final pretrial set for September 21st. 

 

Robert Durbin appears. Pretrial continued October 25th.

 

Brittany Hester appears. First appearance set for October 26th.

 

Sarah Mollet appears. Negotiated plea set for November 15th. 

 

Stephen O Connor appears. Plea deal reached. Defendant pleads guilty to theft from coin based machine. Judgement of conviction entered. Defendant sentenced to 66 days in jail with credit for 33 days already served. Bond to apply. Fines and fees added. 

 

Quentin Prasun Burnett appears. Case continued for negotiated plea set for September 17th.

 

Sara Redfern appears. Bond set at $50,000. Furlough will be granted upon bed space available. Sentencing vacated Set for pretrial October 28th. 

 

Logan Wilson appears. Status hearing set for October 12th.

 

Forrest Wood appears. Denies allegations in PTR. Pretrial hearing set for November 18th.

 

Justin Yunker appears. First appearance with counsel set for October 1st.

 

Jeremy Cagle appears. Defendant's probation sentence revoked, and Defendant re--sentenced to one year probation with the same terms and conditions from the previous order of probation and 90 days in the county jail with credit for 13 days served. Defendant is approved for a furlough to attend inpatient substance abuse treatment upon the availability of a bed, and shall receive credit for the jail sentence for the time spent in treatment. 

 

Kevin Hendricker apppears.  Defendant's probation sentence revoked and the Defendant re-sentenced to one year in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by four years of mandatory supervised release with credit for time served 54 days. Bond to apply. 

 

Jeremy Beard appears. Pleads guilty to unlawful possession of meth. Defendant sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections to be served at the rate of 50% with one year mandatory supervised release afterwards. Credit for time served of 558 days.
