Tyrone A. Powyszynski pretrial hearing continued to April 19th. State answered discovery and made plea offer

Kevin M. Rensman final pretrial set for April 23rd at 1:15 PM  Jury trial set for May 6th at 8:30 AM.  

Robert L. Scott pretrial hearing continued for April 11th. 

Dennis E. Wilcutt case continued for plea on February 27th. 
 

The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on February 15th, 2024.  This list is not exclusive. 

Matthew Hoover Defendant waives arraignment, denies the allegations in the Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 03/29/2024 at 10 AM.

Edward Misiorek Preliminary Hearing held.  Defendant ordered detained until further order of court. The court failed to admonish Defendant regarding his appeal rights but will notify his attorney to make sure that she tells him about this and if there is an issue with timing, the court will allow him to file the notice of appeal in a reasonable period of time. Defendant waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, and demands trial by jury. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 03/21/2024 at 10 AM.
 

The following court cases were heard in front of Christian County Court on February 13th.

Cassandra M. Talbot  case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 02/22/2024 at 10 AM. Defendant ordered released from custody.

Cynthia F. Temmen  case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 03/11/2024 at 9 AM. In person writ to issue as Defendant is taking an IDOC plea out of Fayette County.
