The following court cases were heard on March 14th and 15th in Christian County Court.
Kayla M. Durbin Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court. Durbin pleads guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver (extended term class II felony). Defendant sentenced to two years probation, 112 days in the county jail with credit for 56 days served, and she's ordered to pay any fines or fees.

Jury trial scheduled for April 1st. Hearing on petition to deny pretrial release set for 3/15. On March 15, state withdrew motion to deny pretrial release.
