Jeremy Beard-- ordered a release from custody subject to the terms of the conditions of release order. In person preliminary hearing scheduled for 03/22/2024 at 10 AM.

Aaron Bice fails to appear.  Warrant issued with no bond over objection.  

David Jones appears, pretrial continued to March 19th. 

Brandie Jordan present by counsel.  defendant sentenced to IDOC.  Pretrial hearing continued to February 23rd. 

Jacob Krouse present.  Pretrial hearing continued to March 1st.  

Jason Leach present.  Pretrial hearing continued to February 1st.  

Danny Lowis  case dismissed. 

Jared Miller appears.  Preliminary hearing held.  Probable cause found.  Miller waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for March 1st.  

Donald Minard present.  Pretrial hearing continued to February 23rd. Defendant has pending fitness motion in Shelby county. 

Charlene Ray present, case continued for presentation of possible plea on March 18th. 

Larry Scott present.  Status hearing set for April 8th. 

Kameron Townsend present.  Case called for preliminary hearing.  probable cause found. Defendant waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for February 29th.

Joseph L. Auman, Hearing for furlough continued to January 18th

Jeremy L. Cole  Status Hearing set for January 12th

James B. Middleton By agreement, final pretrial hearing scheduled for 4-23-24 at 1:15 PM. Jury trial scheduled for 5-6-24 at 8:30 AM

John R. Prather 402 conference scheduled for 02/22/2024 at 9 AM. Pretrial conference scheduled for 3-1-24 at 9 a.m.

Derik W. Steck case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 02/22/2024 at 10 AM

James G. Tirpak Jr. final pretrial hearing scheduled for 3-19-24 at 1:15 PM. Jury trial scheduled for 4-1-24 at 8:30 AM

Andrew J. Woods pleads guilty to the charge of unlawful delivery of meth count 1.  Count 2 dismissed.  Woods is sentenced to five years in IDOC, with one year of mandatory supervised release with no credit for time served.  He is also fined $750.

Richard Ginger: agreed sentencing hearing scheduled for 3/18/24

Dennis Willcut:  By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 1/19/24 at 10 AM  State has made global plea offer and it would include a case in Richland County case and they would agree to a concurrent sentence.

George Bailey fails to appear.  Notice to appear to issue for 01/23/2024

Roy J. Bates appeared and a preliminary hearing was held.  Court found sufficient evidence to hold Bates.  Bates waived arraignment, pleaded not guilty to all charges, and requested a trial by jury. Pretrial hearing is set for January 12th at 10 AM. 

Brian M. Dailey  pretrial hearing continued to 02/27/2024 at 10 AM.

Robin R. Jones pretrial hearing continued to 2/9/24 at 10 AM.

Charles Warren  A hearing was held for the motion to reconsider.  Motion was denied. Final pre-trial set for 03/19/2024 at 1:15 in courtroom A. Jury trial set for 04/01/2024 at 8:30 in courtroom A.
