Miller Media Group Stations Following Central A&M, Shelbyville in Football Playoffs

2 area high school football teams will be followed by Miller Media Group radio stations, in the Illinois High School Association football playoffs starting this weekend.

 

The Central A-and-M Raiders will play nearby Nokomis in first-round action this weekend. The game is set to kick-off in Nokomis on Saturday at 5 PM. Pregame will start at 4:45. All Raider playoff games will be heard on the Voice of the Raiders, WMKR Genuine Country 94.3.  

 

The Shelbyville Rams also made it into the state football playoffs, playing at Carrollton Saturday afternoon at 1 PM.  Due to Fighting Illini football being heard on the Rams' radio station WSVZ Cruisin' 98.3, Shelbyville's playoff games will be heard on WRAN groovy 97.3.

 

Both teams' games will be streamed at each respective station's streaming icon at taylorvilledailynews.com.

Miller Media Group Moving St. Louis Cardinal Playoff Games from WTIM to WRAN

The Miller Media Group has announced that it's moving St. Louis Cardinal playoff games from the WTIM platforms on AM and FM, to WRAN groovy 97-point-3.

 

The move is being made, according to company president Randal J. Miller, due to WTIM's previous commitments to airing Taylorville High School Football, Eastern Illinois University Football, and NFL Football.

 

The Cardinals play in the National League Wild Card Game on Wednesday, October 6th at 7:10pm Central Time.
