Getting National Rankings when you are running a business is a big deal, and Peoples Bank & Trust is the latest Bank to receive National honors as one of the top 12 USDA Rural Development Lenders in the United States. The ranking recognizes working with loan programs designed to aid economic opportunities and quality of life for rural businesses, farmers, and families. Peoples Bank and Trust President John Gardner is excited about the national ranking for being a small bank from a small town.
Gardner says that helping customers and giving them programs that they may not know they need, has gone a long way towards customer satisfaction especially now with COVID.
John Gardner credits a lot of the high rankings including being one of only 13 preferred FSA lenders in Illinois, to his hard-working staff.
There are some pretty big plans for People’s Bank and Trust in 2021 and Gardner was pleased to report that things have started off in Fiscal Year 2021 pretty good.
