With the year coming to an end it is time to start thinking about the 2019 cost of living adjustment and the impact that will have on your social security.

Public Affairs Specialist with the Social Security Administration Jack Myers says that more the 67 million people will see their social security checks go up.

Myers says that there is no need to worry about how this will effect you, the calculations are still being ran and once they are you will be notified to let you know what your new benefit amount will be.
