The City of Taylorville last week held a kickoff meeting involving a host of city officials, department heads, and architects to begin the nearly 3-year process of building a new water plant. The new facility will be built on property the city owns just north of the existing water treatment plant.
City Council Water Committee chair Ernie Dorchinez told Regional Radio News what the next step in the process of building the new plant, will be.
