THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:
Mary Tucker, 30, of Taylorville was arrested on September 8th for contempt of court.
Emmanuel Beetem, 20, of Taylorville was arrested on September 8th for theft.
Alexander Shanks, 21, of Taylorville was arrested on September 9th for possession of a firearm/invalid foid.
THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:
On September 8th, officers located Alexander B. Shanks, 21, of Taylorville at 1301 West Adams. Shanks had a valid warrant out of Effingham County for failure to appear. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Christian County Sheriff's Office in lieu of bond.
