Taylorville Mayor Greg Brotherton says the Hathaway Homes controversy is finally behind us. The litigants in the lawsuit against the city, including Christian County Integrated Services and Siegrist Builders, agreed on a settlement. City Mayor Greg Brotherton says it could have been much worse:
