>>Bears Bounce Back To Beat Vikings

(Chicago, IL)  --  Michael Bush ran for 60 yards and two touchdowns as the Bears bounced back to beat the
Vikings 28-10 at Soldier Field.  Jay Cutler returned after missing last week's
32-7 loss in San Francisco with a concussion and threw for 188 yards, a TD and
an interception.  Brandon Marshall had 12 catches for 92 yards while Matt Spaeth
had a TD grab for the Bears, who snapped a two-game skid and improved to
8-and-3.  The Bears welcome the Seahawks next week.

>>Rams Complete Sweep Of Cardinals

(Glendale, AZ)  --  The Rams defeated the Arizona Cardinals for the second time this season, 31-17.  Sam
Bradford completed only eight passes, but threw for 205 yards with two
touchdowns and an interception.  Steven Jackson rumbled for 139 yards on 24
carries, while Chris Givens had five receptions for 115 yards and a TD as St.
Louis improved to 4-6-and-1.  The Rams return home to host the 49ers next
Sunday.

>>Illinois Edges Gardner-Webb

(Champaign, IL)  --  Illinois snuck past Gardner-Webb at home yesterday, 63-62.  Tyler Griffey, Brandon Paul, D.J. Richardson and Joseph Bertrand all scored 13 points for the 7-and-0 Illini.  The
Illini face Georgia Tech Wednesday night at Assembly Hall as a part of the
ACC/Big Ten Challenge.

>>Cards' Freese Involved In Minor Car Wreck

(Wildwood, MO)  --  Cardinals third baseman was uninjured late last week in a minor car wreck. 
Police say the 29-year-old Freese crashed into a tree after swirving to avoid a
deer in the road.  The crash occured on Thursday afternoon.
