A special session of the General Assembly has been called for August 17th. The main reason for the session is so lawmakers can consider the fate of Representative Derrick Smith, who is accused of accepting bribes.
Representative Wayne Rosenthal of Morrisonville says the subject of pension reform may also be on the agenda.
