A Taylorville Woman was arrested the other night after a domestic incident. Around 9:15 Friday cops were called to the 500 block of S. Washington in Taylorville on reports of a disturbance. After a shore investigation, officers arrested 39-year-old Vanessa L. Dobyns-Sylvester of Taylorville on charges of domestic battery and endangering the health of a child. She was taken to the Christian County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
