On Tuesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
30-year-old James Davis of Westville, IN was arrested Monday for Obstructing Identification.
27-year-old Dean P. Weller of Palmer was arrested Monday on a Macoupin County warrant and Possession of Methamphetamine.
37-year-old Margaret L. Herrmann of Tinley Park, IL was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On Tuesday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
40-year-old Joseph T. Dudra of Pana was cited Thursday for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.
32-year-old Roland C. Webb of Pana was cited Friday for Driving While License Suspended, and Possession of Cannabis Less Than 10 Grams.
29-year-old Valerie L. Paulding of Taylorville was cited Saturday for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.
27-year-old Charles J. Grimes of Nokomis was arrested Sunday on an arrested warrant.
On Tuesday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:
51-year-old Jeffrey O. Shuff of Nokomis was driving northbound on Poplar St. when he failed to stop at a red light. 58-year-old William O. Cloe of Herrick was driving eastbound on Second St. when he struck Shuff’s vehicle. Both units had minor damage, no one was hurt. Shuff was cited for Disobeying a Traffic Control Signal.
A resident of the 400 block of S. Poplar reported hearing a loud bang outside and saw a pickup truck leaving from behind his 2006 Cadillac that was parked on the north side of his residence. Tire marks indicated that the truck was northbound on Poplar and lost control, sliding sideways up on the boulevard towards the parked car. The front of the truck hit the rear damage of the Cadillac, causing damage to both cars. The case is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pana Police.
On Tuesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
28-year-old Benjamin L. Houser of Assumption was arrested Monday for Domestic Battery and Interfering a Report of Domestic Violence.
