On Friday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

27-year-old Michael R. Wilson of Taylorville was arrested Thursday on a Christian County Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $1,500.

41-year-old Rebecca Champley of Taylorville was arrested Thursday on a U.S. Marshall’s warrant.

45-year-old Thomas H. Weischedel of Taylorville was arrested Thursday for Failure to Report Change of Address as a Sex Offender.

41-year-old Shawn W. Evans of Taylorville was arrested Friday for Driving While License Suspended.

On Friday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

65-year-old Dennis E. Vasseur of Taylorville says he was driving southbound on Springfield Road Monday when he fell asleep at the wheel. His vehicle left the roadway and drove up a small hill into the Arby’s parking lot and striking a small concrete wall. No one was hurt.

On Friday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest to Regional Radio News:

57-year-old Joseph E. Lomprez of Tovey was arrested Thursday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.
