Avery Bourne has been pushing hard to get information out about the Coronavirus and answering constituent questions in an effort to hopefully calm a lot of fears people may have about COVID-19 and the virus impact on Central Illinois. Bourne, who is the Illinois Representative for the 95th District, spoke about some of the recent questions that she has received in her many conference calls and phone conversations from citizens. Bourne says the desire for tests has been overwhelming, but tests are only being given out if people absolutely need it.
Bourne is urging people to give blood if you possibly can. There is always a need for blood, but with the current crisis, a lot of people aren’t giving blood who usually do.
Bourne urges everyone to continue to support the local economy as well as you can. One way that you can do this is through gift cards to be used later on.
