With County Fairs in full swing around Central Illinois, one thing that sticks out is how special these moments are for children. The 4-H fair which took place last week is a place where special moments are made. Terry Horseman, Vice President of the extension foundation and part of the Junior Fair board. She says the best part of these fairs is the youth.
