Recently a bridge in Chattanooga collapsed and that has once again sparked the infrastructure debate.
Congressman Rodney Davis represents the 13th Congressional District of Illinois in D.C. He says Illinois is lucky to have entrepreneurs like Adam Vocks and Billy Williams.
Davis says the problem with infrastructure is that if you do not get ahead of the problem it is often too little too late.
