A long-time business leader in the Taylorville community has died.  71-year-old Kevin Stich, the long-time former president and treasurer of the Taylorville Community Credit Union, died Monday morning at his residence in Taylorville.

Stich led T-C-C-U for some 37 years, and also served on the Taylorville Fire and Police Commission Board for over 28 years. 

Stich was very involved in many charitable organizations in the Taylorville community, including the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the Corvette Club.

Services for Stich will be Friday morning at 10 at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville.  T-C-C-U's Taylorville lobby will be closed from 9:45 until noon on Friday during Stich's funeral.
