Cub Scout Pack 68 in Taylorville will be doing more than throwing out candy at this Saturday's Christmas Parade. They'll also be collecting items for the local food pantry, according to Pack Leader Amanda Duke:

Bring your non-perishable food items to the parade at 5:00 Saturday evening, and the scouts will collect them, and then deliver them to the Taylorville Food Pantry.
Other Cub Scouts and some Girl Scouts will be on hand to collect diapers and other baby items to be donated to Loving Arms Crisis Pregnancy Center.
