Authorities have released the names of two Harvel teenagers killed in an accident near Raymond Wednesday afternoon. 

19 year-old Jeffrey Masters and 16 year-old Samantha DeLeslie were identified as victims in the collision which left another teen seriously injured. 

Panhandle School District canceled classes yesterday after the Wednesday afternoon head on crash on Route 48.  The injured teen driver has still not been identified. 

A memorial fund has been established.
