Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) is in the process of activating a Central Illinois Chapter. According to their mission statement, BACA exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. The group will be speaking at the August 12th meeting of the Taylorville Kiwanis Club which is held at the Taylorville Memorial Hospital Auditorium at noon.
