The Taylorville Police Department reports that 3 people were arrested Friday on drug charges. Around 11:30pm, Taylorville Police Department officers saw a vehicle parked at the entrance to Manners Park off of Palmer. It was reportedly found that the vehicle was occupied by three females. Following an investigation, 18-year-old Madison C. Noblet of Taylorville, 18-year-old Quincey L. Law of Owaneco, and a 17-year-old female juvenile were placed under arrest for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
